画家のツブヤキ ０５０ コンテメンド１４－６、ConteMendo14-6

今日も小春日和と言うよりは初夏のようなお天気で、昼間に画廊に行ってみようなんて思わないだろうなどと考えながら画廊に出向いた。　センターに着くとバック・ドアーが既に開いていた、今日はフォトグラフのクラスがあったのだ。

今日も暇なのは分かっていたのでPCを持っていって作品に関しての記事などを書いたり、ギターの練習をしてたりで時間をつぶした。　写真のクラスが終わって生徒がぞろぞろと教室から出てくるのが聞こえたが、驚いたことに誰も画廊を覗いていかなかった。



今のところパートナーの一月の雨が今回の展示会では一番人気のようだ。　雨のシーンに対するコメントが多い、彼女の絵はいつもポピュラーで人気がある。



This painting is done on 16x20 canvas panel with acrylic by my partner, and so far it’s the most commented piece in our show. It’s something about “rain”, seems a lot of people like rain, or may be because we are in a long drought?

One of her main theme is showing in series of 12 paintings which indicate 12 months of country living in Northern California. Her paintings are centered on two border collies, Romeo and Tango; she raise with mother dog Cookie.

We used my radio call sign KE6RTJ, that’s Kilo, Echo, Romeo, Tango and Juliet for all our pets’ name when cookie had 5 puppies.
