＜展示期間＞
2013年11月5日（火）～11月22日（金） 9：30a.m. - 4:00p.m. (土・日・祝日は休館)
※入館される場合は写真付きの身分証明書が必要になります。
書も生け花も習ってみて、お互いにさまざまな共通点はありますが、それぞれ瞬間の芸術ではないかと感じています。
書は一筆一筆の動きに、きらめく瞬間があり、新たな息吹が生まれます。生け花は生命ある花の美しい瞬間を表現します。
私は書と生花を融合することによって、その瞬間の輝きと時間の経過によるはかない美しさを伝えたいと思います。
今回の展示のきっかけをつくってくださり、細やかにサポートしてくださった、写真家のたかはしじゅんいちさん、一般社団法人Artrates,Artrates Agencyのスタッフの皆様には心より感謝しています。
また、時間のない中、私のstatementの英語をチェックしてくれたSheenaも本当にありがとう！
このポスターの写真はたかはしじゅんいちさんによるものです。
NYには11/1-30まで約1ヶ月間滞在する予定です。
すっごく楽しみです。
Calligraphy and Ikebana have one important thing in common: they are highly momentary art forms.
In calligraphy, with each moment, brush strokes breathe new life, adding a different spark to the whole artwork. In flower arrangement, each flower expresses the passing beauty of its life.
By combining calligraphy with flower arrangement, I strive to represent life's more vivid spark and the beauty of what is momentary.
From the moment I put the flowers, my artwork changes every moment.
I hope many people enjoy the ephemeral beauty of the flowers’ lives, as expressed through abstract calligraphy and fresh blossoms.
