大義に尽くす
To work for a great cause:

事業を行う以上、必ず利益は上げなければならないが、こうした利益はあくまでも結果であって、事業を通じて「世のため」という大義に尽くさなければならない。
You should make a profit without fail when running a business, but such profits are just a result of your activities. When you run some business, you have to work for a great cause of "benefits for the whole community" all the time.

The half of your expertise is what should be learnt from your bosses, and the remaining half is what should be learnt from your subordinates. It is very important for you to absorb these two things and change them into your skills or wisdom.
