Dear All passengers who reserve tickets in advance
On 14 September 2022, the Central Bankruptcy Court (the "Court") issued an order for business rehabilitation of Thai AirAsia X Company Limited (the “Company”) and appointed the Company as the business rehabilitation plan preparer. Currently, we are in the process of preparing the business rehabilitation plan to set guidelines for debt repayment to all creditors.
As you are passengers who reserves tickets in advance and are waiting to exercise the right to travel by plane with the Company, the Company, as the plan preparer, confirms that we will continue to fly on the specified routes as usual and would like to inform you that the debts owed to you are the Company’s obligations to perform an action under the law. Therefore, you can use our airline services at the specified time and date for which you have reserved your tickets without having to submit an application for debt repayment in the business rehabilitation proceedings to the Official Receiver. In this regard, your rights to receive the Company’s airline services remain unaffected and shall be in accordance with the usual terms and conditions of the Company.
