Today was the Doll's Festival, 上巳の節句 and it snowed.
In my 68 years of living, this was the first time I had experienced a snowy Doll's Festival.
From my room heated by the stove, I can see the snow that started falling on the roof of my neighbor's house late at night.
Following Mr.Akihiro Miwa's advice, we celebrated the Kamishi Festival on March 3, 2024 by singing ``うれしいひなまつり'' to ward off evil spirits and pray for health, happiness, prosperity, and world peace this year. Thank you, Something Graet.
