戦争とは、まさしく犯罪だ！！ それ以外の言葉はない！！

恐ろしい戦争の実態！！
これを犯罪と言わずして、何というか？！
しかし、これは氷山の一角でしかない！！
アフガニスタンの映像も近々公開されるらしい.......。

　先日、朝のテレビでちょっと流れた。さる方にメールで連絡いただいた。日本語版ユーチューブで波、即刻、掲載を削除された。いつもの、

『利用規約に違反しているため、この動画は削除されました。 』

だ。

　海外版では未だ掲載されている。だが、いつ消されるか分からない。ダウンロードをお奨めする。すでに投稿者は済ませた。消されたら、ダウンロードファイルを公開する。

 

　生々しい交信記録。そこには戦争が、ゲーム化して体感無き遠隔操作で行われていることにある。まるでテレビゲームでしかない。人間が蟻を踏みにじる感覚でしかない。CLEAR！と叫ぶ兵士は、消毒か、殺虫処理しているかの感覚だろう。

　そこに救われない精神の麻痺が現存する。

WikiLeaks が暴露したビデオには２人のロイター記者が銃撃され殺害される様子が記録されていた。２人とも撮影機材しか所持せず、周りの人間もライフルは持っても敵対 的行動はしていなかった。ヘリ搭乗の兵士らは銃撃するための口実を探すかのような会話。戦場ではこれが正常な精神なのか。

当 時の発表では反政府武装兵との銃撃戦で死亡との報告だったが、ビデオを見ると明らかに米軍側の一方的な銃撃による殺害。専属記者二人を殺害されたロイター 通信社は情報公開法に基づき事件の詳細情報を求めたが米軍側は機密事項として拒否してきた。

WikiLeaks の暴露したビデオ中、銃撃後の現場に米地上軍兵士が到着し、すぐに銃撃で負傷した子供を発見。するとヘリ搭乗の米軍兵士が「こんな戦場に子供を連れてくる 奴らが悪いのさ」すると同僚兵士が「その通り！」と。日常生活の場を戦場にしたのは誰だ？

Overview

5th April 2010 10:44 EST WikiLeaks has released a classified US military video depicting the indiscriminate slaying of over a dozen people in the Iraqi suburb of New Baghdad -- including two Reuters news staff.

Reuters has been trying to obtain the video through the Freedom of Information Act, without success since the time of the attack. The video, shot from an Apache helicopter gun-site, clearly shows the unprovoked slaying of a wounded Reuters employee and his rescuers. Two young children involved in the rescue were also seriously wounded.

The military did not reveal how the Reuters staff were killed, and stated that they did not know how the children were injured.

After demands by Reuters, the incident was investigated and the U.S. military concluded that the actions of the soldiers were in accordance with the law of armed conflict and its own "Rules of Engagement".

Consequently, WikiLeaks has released the classified Rules of Engagement for 2006, 2007 and 2008, revealing these rules before, during, and after the killings.

WikiLeaks has released both the original 38 minutes video and a shorter version with an initial analysis. Subtitles have been added to both versions from the radio transmissions.

WikiLeaks obtained this video as well as supporting documents from a number of military whistleblowers. WikiLeaks goes to great lengths to verify the authenticity of the information it receives. We have analyzed the information about this incident from a variety of source material. We have spoken to witnesses and journalists directly involved in the incident.

WikiLeaks wants to ensure that all the leaked information it receives gets the attention it deserves. In this particular case, some of the people killed were journalists that were simply doing their jobs: putting their lives at risk in order to report on war. Iraq is a very dangerous place for journalists: from 2003- 2009, 139 journalists were killed while doing their work.      【元記事転載終了】
