着物を身に着けるのは私にとって30分かかります--------> It takes me 30 minutes to put on a kimono.

【One of the ways I can tell: 私が分かることの一つには】
*the ways はいろいろな訳し方ができて、道、方法、（社会の）しきたり、（自分なりの）考え方、などです。
私が分かることの方法と訳すと日本語的におかしい響きなるので今回は「分かることの一つには」と訳すこととしました
I can tell ~ -------> 私には～が分かる
暖かくなってきていることが分かることの一つには、私の眼鏡が先週ほど曇っていないことです-------> One of the ways I can tell that it’s getting warmer is my glasses aren’t as fogged up as they were last week.
アボカドが熟しているとわかることの一つは固さです------> One of the ways I can tell whether or not an avocado is ripe is by the /its hardness
春が来ていることが分かることの一つには------> One of the ways I can tell spring is coming is
うちの近くのサイクリングロード沿いの桜の木のつぼみが大きくなり、色が緑色に変わることです - the buds of cherry trees along the cycling road near my house are bigger and the color of them turning greenly.
木々が芽生えていることです - the trees are budding.
風が温かくなっていると感じることです - I feel the wind is getting warm
ヒバリがさえずっているときです - when a lark is singing.
くしゃみが出始め、目が痒くなることです - I start sneezing and my eyes are itchy.
日常に着るものが冬ほど厚くなくなることです - I realize my daily clothes aren’t as thick as they are during winter.

【着ているときの動作（put on)、着ている状態（wear) 】
着ている、身に着けている最中------> put on
（身に着け終わって)着ている状態-------> wear- wore- worn
脱ぐ-----> take off
着物を身に着けるのは私にとって30分かかります--------> It takes me 30 minutes to put on a kimono.
最後に着物を着たのは3年前です--------> The last time I wore a kimono was three years ago.
夏の間、彼は靴下をはくのが好きではない-------> During summer He doesn’t like wearing socks.
この新しい靴は履きにくいけれど、履くと心地よい-------> These new shoes are hard to put on, but they are comfortable to wear.
バス、電車、飛行機（車とタクシー以外）などの乗り物に乗る時の動作------> get on
バス、電車、飛行機などの乗り物に乗っている状態-------> ride
彼女の年齢のせいで彼女にとって電車に乗るのに30秒かかった-------> Because of her age, it took her 30 seconds to get on the train.
電車に乗って東京へ向かう途中、彼女は宿題をします------> On the way to Tokyo while ridding on the train, she does her homework.
Bite ------> (前歯で）噛む
chew------> （奥歯で）噛む
Turn on ------>ガスコンロの火をつける
use ----->ガスコンロを使っているとき
Go to bed -----> 床に就く
sleep ------> 眠る
plant ------> 植える
raise------> レイズ 育つ （高さが）/ grow（横に大きくなる）

*少し考えるような質問をされたときはWell....やLet me see, Let seeなどを使ってから答えると無言の時間が無くなりコミュニケーションがうまくいきます

どうして～をずっとしたくなかったの-----> Why haven’t you wanted to ...
どうしてあなたの感情をご主人に話さなかったの--------> Why didn’t you tell your husband about your emotions?
