お久しぶりのイリナです。Year End パーティとても楽しかったですよ！抽選には何も当たらずに終わりましたけどたくさんのお友達と食べたり、話したり おいしいワインを何杯もおいしくいただきならパーティを楽しみました。

Hello everyone!
Did you came to the Year End Party at the Kumamoto Interantional Center last week?I went ! It was so much fun ! There I could see many friends of mine.We could talk ,eat decious food and drink nice wine.I wasn't lucky at the raffle,but I realy had very nice time !

インターンの崔・秀斌（チェ・スビン）です。
１１月３０日には龍田公民館に行って、イタリアの料理、「ニョッキ」を作りました。
皆さんも、愛を込めた、イタリアの料理の世界へ～
ニョッキは栗・ジャガイモ・カボチャで作るのがありますが、この日はジャガイモで、ニョッキを作りました。
このニョッキと言う料理はなるべく水分を抜けることがポイントらしいです。
それで、ジャガイモを茹でた後からは、水は使わなかったです。
ジャガイモ・小麦粉・卵を混ぜます。
台の上でそのまま、混ぜたので、すごかったです。
作った練りを少し取って、フォークを使って、形を作ります。
かわいいお菓子に見えますね。
これを茹でた後、チーズソースをかけたら、チーズジャガイモニョッキの完成です。
そして、もう一つ、トマトソースとチーズを重ねた、ニョッキも完成です。
皆で、分け合って食べたニョッキはとても美味しかったです。
作る方法も簡単なので、皆さんも時間があれば、作って食べてみてください
It is time for Kumamoto International Center`s Year End party and it is December 8. It is at this centers on 6th floor and start at 6pm till 8.30pm.
We welcome all the foreign residents and Japanese to come in join us for a night of eating,drinking and games!
International food and drinks will be provided. Actaully around 10 International foods will be provided and this year we will have special wine from Germany also be provided.
We also will have a lottery raffle and games so if you have friends you are welcome to bring them as well.
In this event we have special guest coming from Kumamoto Roasso Team Announcer DJ Kobayashi.
We know there will be a lots of Japanese but we wish that all the foreign residents hopefully come to this party and they hopefully bring their friends as well.
If you wish to come for this party, till Friday you can come in here and purchase the ticket from reception desk. Tickets are for an adult 2000 yen, elementary students 1000 yen( should bring Student ID card) and less than elemantary is free of charge.
