自殺白書「若い世代の対策強化を」

政府は、１８日の閣議でことしの「自殺対策白書」を決定し、去年自殺した人の数は１５年ぶりに３万人を下回ったものの若い世代の自殺は深刻な状況になっており、対策の強化が必要だと指摘しています。

ことしの「自殺対策白書」によりますと、去年１年間に自殺した人の数は２万７８５８人で、前の年に比べて２７９３人減少し、平成９年以来１５年ぶりに３万人を下回りました。
自殺した人は、６０代が４９７６人と最も多く、次いで５０代が４６６８人、４０代が４６１６人、３０代が３７８１人、７０代が３６６１人、２０代が３０００人などとなっており、すべての年代で減少しています。
一方、２０代の死亡の原因のうち、半数近くを自殺が占めるなど、２０代から３０代では死亡の原因は自殺が最も多くなっており、先進７か国では日本のみが深刻な状況になっているとしています。
また、「就職の失敗」による２０代の自殺は、平成１９年は６０人だったのが、去年は１４９人に増えており、白書では２０代の自殺による死亡率が上昇傾向にあるとして、こうした若い世代の自殺対策の強化が必要だと指摘しています。

外国人らがハンスト

入管センターに収容中の外国人らがハンスト


西日本入国管理センター（大阪府茨木市）に収容中の外国人２７人が１４日昼から、同センターの給食を拒否していることがわかった。


　長期収容者の仮放免が認められないことに対する抗議とみられる。

　同センターによると、収容中の男女６３人のうち、男性２７人が給食を拒んでいる。水や、支援者からの差し入れの塩、砂糖などは口にしており、現在のところ、体調不良の訴えはないという。

　【浅倉拓也】西日本入国管理センター（大阪府茨木市）に収容されている外国人２７人が１４日から一斉に食事を拒否する「ハンスト」を続けていることが、１８日分かった。長期におよぶ収容や、センター内の医療に対する抗議だという。

　支援者によると、ブラジルやパキスタンなどの男性収容者が参加。１年前後の長期収容者の「仮放免」が今月相次いで不許可になったことに不満を募らせていた。入管の医師が注射した際に収容者がけがをしたなどとして、医療への不満も訴えているという。

There can be a fallout diplomatically when any type of spy operations is exposed - you only have to ask the US CIA officer who had his face splashed on TV in Moscow recently to see that.

When Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev came to Britain on a state of the art warship in 1956, Prime Minister Anthony Eden said he wanted no intelligence operations carried out against him for fear of diplomatic embarrassment.

And yet British intelligence still ended up allegedly bugging his hotel room in Claridges and sending a frogman into Portsmouth harbour to inspect at the ship. The frogman died in the operation, causing a major intelligence scandal.

This time everything may well have been properly authorised but that will only focus the embarrassment more on the politicians who signed off. This, after all, is not the Cold War.

Countries will certainly protest but many of them will also be doing the same to foreign officials visiting their own shores. And those here for the G8 summit might just be thinking twice about what they say on the phone or write in an email.

The timing couldn't be more suspect. After months of accusations, suddenly, as the Obama administration sinks into the biggest intelligence scandal in American history, right when Hezbollah's full court press in Syria on behalf of the Assad regime has shifted the balance of forces to the government's advantage, Syria has officially "crossed the red line". The US now has enough evidence of chemical weapons use to enter directly into the Syrian fray - which, needless to say, it's already been clandestinely involved in for much of the last two years - and directly arm at least some of the rebel groups fighting the Assad regime.

It is certainly true that "there are no good choices" left in Syria, and that "reasonable people can disagree" on the wisdom of arming Syria's fractious rebels groups and/or intervening militarily on their behalf (through the creation of a no-fly zone or similar actions involving American or European forces).

But it's also true that the primary motivation for heightened American intervention is not the rising civilian death toll. If it were, the US and Europe would have intervened a year ago. Rather, with Russia drawing its own red line in support of the continuance of the current Syrian system, and Iran and Hezbollah having gone all in on behalf of Assad, the US faces the prospect of a diplomatically humiliating and strategically dangerous defeat should Assad decisively crush the rebels. Assad cannot be allowed to win. And yet for its patrons and supporters, the Assad regime, or at least the Ba'athist state it presently controls, can't be allowed to fall.

　化学兵器を使用は以前から言われてきたがいまになってそれを認めて介入、ところが、

　アメリカの属国日本としては当然、宗主国との連携を図ったわけであるが、アメリカ介入の時期と符号するところをみると、裏にアメリカからの伝達というか、指令というか、そんなものがあったんじゃないかなあああ、なんて普通思うわなああ。

ニート＝潜在的労働人口

ニートの若者６３万人…過去最多の２・３％

　政府は１８日午前の閣議で、２０１３年版の「子ども・若者白書」を決定した。


　１５～３４歳の若者を対象に２０１２年の雇用状況などを調べたところ、仕事を持たず、通学も家事もしていない若年無業者（ニート）の割合は２・３％で、統計を取り始めた１９９５年以降、最も多かった。内閣府は「官民が協力して若者の雇用を支援するネットワークを強化し、支援にあたる人材を育成する必要もある」としている。

　ニートの若者は、０２年以降、６０万人前後で推移している。１２年は約６３万人で、前年より約３万人増えた。

　また、１５～３４歳の卒業者（女性はこのうち未婚者）のうち、パートやアルバイトなどで生活するフリーターは約１８０万人となり、１１年に比べて４万人減った。ただ、このうち、２５～３４歳は約１０３万人となり、前年より約５万人増えた。

　女性の管理職への登用、また、家族が働きやすい労働環境、そして、ニート、熟年失業者の活用で、まだまだ働ける人口は日本にある。

　政治家やメディアが本気で取り組んでもらいたい問題は、選挙予想や議員勢力図ではなく、こっちのほうだ。

　大胆な改革を提唱してもらいたい。

　小沢降ろしや、橋下降ろしに費やす紙面を政策や解説、あるいは、社会が直面している切実な問題提起についやしてもらいたい。

安倍総理と細野幹事長とのFB上のやり取りに、今更口を出し参加をしようとは思わない。

が、総理が捨て台詞のように書き込んだ言葉に、一国民として失望した。
「民主党は息を吐くように嘘をつく」

ならば問う。
昨年11月、当時の野田総理とご自身が野党総裁だった時に国会で行われた党首討論。
解散を口にし、国会議員定数削減を迫った野田総理に、その気迫に押されるように定数削減を公約したのは、今の総理である安倍総裁である。
通常国会の会期は残りわずかである。我が党からは定数削減の議員立法をすでに国会に提出している。
が、内閣からも、与党自民党からも定数削減の法案は出されていない。0増5減の是正はもちろんだが、去年、更なる削減、深堀を公約したのはどなたなのか。

これはもっともだな。


安倍ちゃん、これは痛いな。

Former National Review columnist John Derbyshire blamed women and attorneys for the rise in reported sexual assaults within military ranks in a piece for Taki’s Magazine on Monday, saying female service members were gender “outliers” likely to commit erratic behavior.

“They are eccentric and prone to behave eccentrically,” Derbyshire wrote. “As a designated victim group, they are especially susceptible to the associated pathologies, e.g., victim hoaxes for attention, spite, or cash reward.”

But male soldiers, he argued, are responding to their “widespread, innate male urges” to kill people, and putting them in units with women “in sex proportions much different from 50-50, and walled off from the general population” would lead to “sex-related emotions” like jealousy to develop, which would limit their effectiveness. Placing male officers in command of female soldiers also put a “severe strain” on human nature in his opinion, because women are attracted to “higher-status men.”

　女性の性的被害の申告について、金目当てであるとか、男性の性的暴行について男の性（さが）みたいに、いうのは、日本の慰安婦問題についての一部保守の言説に似ている。

　そして、この保守コラムニストの言説にせよ、日本の保守の慰安婦問題をめぐる言説にせよ、現代社会では絶対に受け入れられないのである。

　日本の保守は非難に使われている基準ーーー女性の侵害された人権回復ーーーをそのまま使って、黒人だけ非難されているのと同様、日本だけ非難されている不公平な枠組みから、より大きな枠組みへと、転換してより多くの侵害された女性の人権を救済する以外には、日本の名誉挽回はない、と知るべきである。

The students were attacked at their home in Hostens, a small village of 1,300 inhabitants about 50 kilometres (30 miles) south of Bordeaux in southwest France.

Concern has grown in China in recent months over the increasing number of thefts and attacks targeting Chinese tourists. In March, a group of 23 Chinese tourists were robbed in a restaurant shortly after they landed at Paris airport.

In the Bordeaux region, many locals have looked on with dismay as Chinese investors have begun buying up vineyards.

French winemakers have recently also sounded the alarm over an anti-dumping probe launched by Beijing into wine imports from the European Union, in an apparent retaliation act over Brussels' decision to slap tariffs on Chinese solar panel imports.

Separately on Monday, expat website Shanghaiist reported that a French tourist, named only as Thomas, had been badly beaten by a group of local men in the Chinese city of Shanghai, in an attack which was uploaded to Youtube.

The victim was left needing stitches for an open head wound after been dragged from a taxi, punched and kicked by seven assailants when leaving a bar with his girlfriend in the early hours of June 10th.

　因みに、欧米の記者たちに外国人嫌いと形容される日本よりも、形容されない欧米にヘイトクライムがより多いのはこれいかに？
