The way you improve the society:

現代の混迷した社会を思うとき、私たち一人ひとりが、どのような環境に置かれようとも自らを磨き、人格を高めようとひたむきに努力し続けることが、一見迂遠に思えても、結局は社会をよりよいものにしていくと信じています。
Thinking of today's confused society, I believe each of us making efforts to brush ourselves no matter what kind of environment we may be in, and trying to enhance our personalities would lead our society to a better one, even though seemingly it looks a long way to go.

The company where the value and greatness of the power behind the scene is recognized highly would run its business very well without fail. (evaluation)

こうなるだろうという予見を持っていても、必ずそうなるとは限らない。自分でそうするのが一番。（予見）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
Even if you have a kind of foreknowledge that things would become this, the result would not always become so. You should have the trouble to get an expected result to be realized. (foreknowledge/ precognition)

感謝の言葉
A word of thanks:

「ありがとうございます」という感謝の言葉が心から自然に発せられるようになれば、人は謙虚になれる。同時にこの一言は、周囲の人をも和ませる。
If a word of thanks "Thank you very much" comes to be issued naturally from your mouth, you would get modest. And also the word would get the people around you to be softened.
