According to sources,the Cabinet Office will strengthen the counter measures against the so-called "vicious sales practice" in order to protect innocent consumers.Doing so, it will revise the legislation.After the revision,even if there is no problem in the product's quality or price,when the way a consumer is persuaded to buy a product is inappropriate,the contract can be cancelled.For example,when he or she is lured to buy a product with a false or incorrect explanation,the case will be included in the cancellation category.Like this,the areas for the cancellation of contract will be expanded.
