It is learned that The Minisytry of Land,Infrastructure and Transport has decided to launch a new system in which local governments can entrust to the private sector the task of keeping up a row of houses and streets in a certain area. The ministry wants this new framework to be strated from next fiscal year. The idea is that a private sector organization like a residents' association ,which is entrusted to maintain and keep up the public facilities , should be given the same power as the local government's agency in doing the work.
