鉄道 官民がアジアで整備 インフラ輸出 事業費5300億円 ベトナム 京阪電が運営参加 モンゴル 丸紅、首都で地下鉄

The Japanese government and domestic private companies such as Keihan Electric Raillway Co. and Marubeni Corporation have reached an agreement in jointly participating in the railway businesses in the three Asian countries of Vietnam,Mongol and Indonesia.They will not only export railway cars but also take part in the business management by taking shares. An estimated total cost is 535 billion yen. Already basic agreements have been reached between Japanese participants and each of the three countries.

In vietnam, an expected railway is that connecting between the central part of Hanoi and the High-Tech park in its suburb with an investment of 270 billion yen. The operation will begin in 2019 and its construction will be finished in 2022.Keihan is expected to participate in its business management. In Mongol,two lines of subways are constructed in the central parts of the capital Ulan Bator. An estimated total cost is 180 billion yen with Maruibeni expected to engage in its management and operation. The operation wil begin in 2020.

The government is pushing ahead with public & private- coordinated infrastructure exports as a new Japanese business model.
