①企業にはどのような成長ステージが存在し、その時に何が求められるのかを理解すること。
②自社が置かれているステージを見極めること。
③その上でこれまでを否定し、意図的に現状に変化を生み出すこと。
が重要だと考えています。
だからこそ進んで周りの願いを叶え、関係を構築することが求められます。
勢いも時には必要ですが、我欲から変化できない場合は先が見えてしまいます。
しかし、アピールした後は調和や協調が必要となります。会社も一匹オオカミでは永続できません。社会とどう向き合うかが重要です。
