【練】千歳～小樽 吹雪通行止

♪札幌市民オケ練習　2/4(日)14:00-20:15＠Kitara大リハ室
曲 アンタール → 禿山 → ハイドン63番

　今日を逃すと残りは本番しか参加できないので、なんとしても行かねばならん。登別～苫小牧は良い天気で快適ドライブでしたが、高速道路の状況を示す電光掲示板には【千歳～小樽　吹雪通行止】の表示。いったいどんだけ降っとんねん。しかし札幌に入ると強かった雪はだんだん収まり、思ったよりスムーズに会場につけました。
　早くついたので部屋が開くまでロビーでボーッとしていると、通りがかりの人に声をかけられた。見ると某オケ所属でキタラ職員の方でした。あら奇遇。今日はオルガン演奏会の譜めくりの仕事だそうです。そんな仕事もあるんだ…
　時間になって事務所で鍵を借りて会場一番乗り。指揮台、イス、譜面台をならべたところで体力の限界。ありがとうございました。
　禿山の終結部の５度打たれる鐘の音のモチーフは、朝の５時なんだそうです（常識？）。妖怪たちの宴の終わり、夜明けを知らせる鐘の合図。なるほど。先日も弾いたけど全然わかってなかった。
　帰りは良い天気のツルツル路面をクタクタの体を引きずりつつ、無事帰りつきました。おつかれさまでした。

・ヒトの各組織のアレイデータについて、手持ちのデータに加え、過去研究のデータも網羅的に解析し、組織特異的遺伝子（tissue-specific genes）を抽出する。

1.（オリジナルデータ）Adult human tissues, 35サンプル(3 fetal/33 normal, すべて別な器官の組織), 約20000遺伝子　→　Tissue-specific genes を1956個、Tissue-selective genes を920個抽出
