I’m on a diet.
I started it on the 2nd of this month.
Since then, I tried to reduce my weight by doing exercise and eating
less. And I have been recording my weight in my notebook every morning.
When I started a diet, my weight was 71kg.
And now, my weight is 68kg.
I succeeded to lose 3kg in three weeks.
I am glad but I haven’t achieved my goal.
My target weight is 65kg.
I need to lose more than 3kg.
I will continue my efforts.
