Yesterday, I conducted a business training for new business
consultants. The topic was presentation.

Eleven(11) participants made presentations about business topics.
They were excellent. All members prepared well and did good
performances.

I hope they will work well as professional business consultants
soon.

Integrity

Yesterday, I conducted a business training.
The topic was ‘Drucker’s Management’.

Mr. Peter. F. Drucker is a well-known business consultant.
He is called the‘Father of Management’.

He said that managers should have ‘integrity’.
Integrity means the quality of being honest and strong
about what you believe to be right.

I think managers should show their integrity to solve some
problems in difficult situations.

Preparation

April is a starting month for companies and schools.
I am going to conduct business training for new employees
of several companies in April.

Yesterday, I prepared for them all day.
I need more days for the preparation because I have
a lot of things to memorize.

I will spend enough time with them and conduct the trainings
well.

Newspaper

Nowadays, we can read several news online.
A few years ago, I stopped the delivery service of newspaper.

However, I decided to subscribe the NIKKEI newspaper again
because I want to make my son read it.

A newspaper has a lot of information. My son will try the entrance
exam for the college this year.
In the exam, he will make a presentation about a topic he chooses
and have an interview.

I thought reading a newspaper will be helpful for him to get
valuable information for the exam.

Shohei’s statement

Shohei Otani is a superstar Major League baseball player.
His interpreter, Ippei caused a scandal about gamble.

There was a possibility that Shohei was concerned about this
problem and paid a lot of money to a bookmaker instead of Ippei.
As the bookmaker was an illegal one, Shohei was on suspicion of
illegal behavior.

Shohei explained about it in front of journalists yesterday.
He said that he didn’t know and was not involved in this matter
at all.

The police and the Major League Baseball Organization are
investigating this issue.

I hope they will settle this issue and Shohei will
focus on his baseball play as soon as possible.
