Hi there!
This is Jun Tomioka.

It is the time to file a tax return for those who have private businesses.
I did it yesterday.

Before, we used to go to a tax office to submit our tax return documents.
But nowadays, we do it online. It is called “E-TAX”.

It’s convenient for us because we can do it at home.
But it’s still troublesome for me because the suggestions online are
sometimes complicated.

Anyway, it took a long time but I managed to do it.
I was relieved.
Furthermore, I’m going to help my mother with her filing.

Training for new employees

Hi there!
This is Jun Tomioka.

I had a meeting to conduct the training for the new employees
of one big company group.
The training is scheduled in April.

I used to do the same training for this company annually for eight years.
But last April, the training was cancelled due to the pandemic.
Although we are still having the pandemic, we will conduct the
training this year online.

The way to conduct the training will be changed immensely.
I will use the functions of PC and Zoom System as much as possible.

I think the big difference between the real training and online one
is how to spend during the break time.
If they are close, they can chat easily but they aren’t close
this time.

So, I have an idea. I will use the breakout room function during the
break time. They can take a rest free and if they want, they can chat
virtually.

I hope the training will be fruitful for the new employees.

Business Restructuring Subsidy

They need to consider a new style business instead of their
original one.

The government announced that they provide the subsidy for
small businesses that try to restructure their business.
The budget is huge.

Some companies are asking me about it.
I will try to make my efforts to help them to get the subsidy.

YAPPARI STEAK

Hi there!
This is Jun Tomioka.

Due to the pandemic, the restaurant industry is hopeless.
But some restaurants are still going well.
YAPPARI STEAK is one of them.

The restaurant started in Okinawa and expanded their branches to
other areas. But we haven’t had it in Tokyo.

When I traveled to Okinawa 2 years ago, I visited the restaurant
for the first time and enjoyed the steak very much.
It tasted good and its price was very reasonable!
I wished we had this restaurant in Tokyo.

And finally, the restaurant came to Tokyo, moreover near my area!
Yesterday, I found the restaurant in Kamata Ota city, Tokyo.
It’s getting popular and I had to make a line to enter.

Steak is good and you can eat rice, salad, soup as much as you want.
I think the restaurant will increase their branches more.

For the first time in 30 years

Hi there!
This is Jun Tomioka.

Yesterday, I took a private lesson for riding a motor bike.
It’s been 30 years since I last rode a bike.

At first, the instructor fell down the bike and asked me to
recover it. I tried some times and managed to do it but
I was surprised with the bike’s heavyweight.
I was worried whether I was able to drive well.

But I gradually remembered how to drive.
The instructor was very kind and gave me a lot of compliments.
“Good speed!”, ”Good braking!”, ”Good position!”
So I felt very happy.

At last, we tried to drive on the freeway.
Although it’s very windy and scaring, I managed to drive.

I got a confidence thanks to this lesson.
I will enjoy riding a bike as my new hobby.
