Let’s go, NAOMI!

2022-03-31 09:26:51 | 日記
Hi there! Jun Tomioka here.

Naomi Osaka is a former No.1 female tennis player in the world.
Now, her ranking is 77th.
She suffered from her mental and didn’t join tournaments for
a while, so her ranking went down.

A few months ago, she recovered and came back to tournaments.
Now, she joins the Miami Open Tournament in the U.S.A.
She looked well and proceeded to the semi-final.

I hope she will continue to win and become No.1 again.

Account Settlement

2022-03-30 08:57:11 | 日記
Hi there! Jun Tomioka here.

Yesterday, I conducted a business training through Zoom.
The topic was about accounting.
All participants were people in charge of accounting.
They studied about procedures in account settlement.

The end of accounting term depends on each company but
many Japanese companies set it at the end of March.
So, many people who are in charge of accounting are busy
this season.

They learnt many things yesterday.
I hope they will work well about account settlement.

Challenge

2022-03-29 08:27:26 | 日記
Hi there! Jun Tomioka here.

Yesterday, I had an opportunity to attend the online lecture of
Mr.Takeshi Okada who was a former coach of Japanese national
soccer team.

He is now the president of a local soccer team administration
in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture.

Imabari is a small community therefore he wants to make this area
lively through sports and culture.

He experienced difficulty in gathering money to construct a big stadium
however he didn’t give up and asked many people to cooperate.

Now, his plan is going well.

Anyway, he is a person who continues to be challenged.

I was moved by his talk and learned a lot.

Young people from the moving company

2022-03-28 08:56:06 | 日記
Hi there! Jun Tomioka here.

I am in charge of the manager of one organization.
Yesterday, we moved our office due to several reasons.

We were lucky because it was fine weather yesterday.
It was very bad last Saturday.

We asked a moving company to handle our move.
Young men worked for us very hard although there were
a lot of things to move.

Thanks to them, we were able to finish our move by
2 p.m. I appreciate their efforts.

Business Training for New Employees

2022-03-27 10:57:21 | 日記
Hi there! Jun Tomioka here.

April is the starting month for businesspeople and students.
I conduct business training for new employees every year.

Yesterday, I tried to prepare for them.
I have been in charge of the instructor for one big company
for a long time. The company holds three-day training
at the beginning of April.

I will explain a lot of slides and documents and
conduct group discussions along with the schedule.
Although it is hard work, I feel rewarded.

I am looking forward to seeing fresh young people.
