Hi, Jun Tomioka here.

 

I read an interview article with Mr.Sakurai who is the president

of the Dassai which is a popular Japanese liquor company.

 

I was interested in his advice to young employees.

He often tells them “Don’t worry. It will not go well at first.”

He wants them to try something, not worrying failure.

 

In business fields, we often say PDCA.

PDCA means Plan, Do, Check, and Action.

In the company, they say TECA.

TECA means Try, Error, Check, and Action.

 

I agree with his idea.
