The Australian Open Tennis Tournament will start on the 17th of
this month.　I’m looking forward to watching games.
But this time, they are having a big trouble.

That’s the matter about Mr. Novak Djokovic who is the No1 player
in the world.
He hasn’t been vaccinated.
Basically, players who haven’t been vaccinated are not allowed to join
the tournament but the organizer admitted his participation because
there was an exception that people who were infected with the corona
virus within six months were allowed.

But when he tried to enter Australia, he was refused by the government
because he didn’t submit the necessary documents.
He challenged the court to withdraw it and the court admitted his claim.
But a few days later, the government refused his entry again.
He challenged the court again. The court hasn’t judged yet.

There are arguments for and against.
I don’t know which claim is right.
I don’t think there is a consistency in the implementations of
regulations.
A person or an organization who has a responsibility should make
a clear and consistent decision.
