Far-infrared clay pot and brown rice

Forty years ago, I discovered "dietary therapy'' that seeks health through food, and became obsessed with the brown rice diet, which is made by cooking brown rice in a far-infrared clay pot.

Recently, I have been reevaluating my brown rice diet and have been cooking one cup of brown rice every day in a far-infrared clay pot for at least three hours.
