I made breakfast to myself for the first time in a while.
Brown rice, miso soup with clams, amberjack sashimi, yellowtail with turnip and kelp cooked in soy sauce, pickled Chinese cabbage, a complete Japanese meal!
For me, who was born in the Goto Islands and raised in the straits, this Japanese set meal is very natural to me.
The table is a mess, but this is what a 67-year-old single person looks like around the table. 😄
It was very delicious.
I'm enough!
I don't need anything until dinner today!
