On Wednesday, December 19th, power line replacement work by Chudenko began at 12:30 as scheduled.
I like watching people work.
They divided the work among six
people.
There are people who understand the overall work and give instructions on-site, people who guide cars at the entrance to the prefectural road, people who climb on utility poles to replace electric wires, and people who climb onto crane-type carts and pass the wires to people on the other side.
It's great to see people putting away tools and material wires and moving to ensure the work can proceed safely.It's great to see each and every worker moving forward with their work in a relaxed manner.
It's refreshing to see teamwork in action.
I reconsidered the importance of connections and communication between people.
