Crisis in my company

Dec. 29th was a deadline for the payment. One of our customers was in the difficult time. There was the rumor that the company was running out of money and going bankrupt.　The nonpayment for their drafts will give us a huge damage that might trigger our bankruptcy. We have been selling about 10% of our product every month for them. The total money that we might lose in case will be 50% of our one month whole sales since we've got their commercial notes for 5 months.

Our president made a telephone call to the company to make them to explain their financial situation. The vice president of that company came and put emphasis on that they could get over the trouble they had. Our president is not a soft touch so he said that we were not going to ship out any our lines unless they pay in cash. The meeting was over without any results. No body can touch the problem. The only thing that we can do is to wait and see the progress. The fates of them and supposedly us are in their hand.
