COVID-19で予定は何もかもキャンセルです。
モーニングティーも前回はキャンセルしました。あの時点では連休明けは大丈夫と思いましたが、とても収束の気配はありません。
別の友人にそのことを話したら、メンバーどおしでテレワークしたらといわれました。
でもお仲間にはそれが難しいかなと思える方もいられるので、多分秋くらいまでお会いできないかもしれません。
I belong to a social group consisting of four people. We have been friends for more than 30years.
We take turns in hosting our get-together once or twice a month at each members’ houses. Sometimes we eat out or go on trips together.
Recently though, we find it difficult to get together because of covid-19. Everybody is afraid of it and prefer to stay at home.
We are planning to meet again after the golden week but I am inclined to cancel this and postpone until autumn.
