すぐ寝るシャル君

とても暑い日々が続き、だれもが警戒が必要です。

馬達も同じです。シャル君は早朝の短い運動の後、水で丸洗いし涼しくなってそれから馬房にかえるとおやつを食べてお昼寝です。

ゆっくり過ごしてこの夏を切り抜けよう！

"It's been very hot lately, and everyone needs to be cautious.

The same goes for horses. After a short exercise early in the morning, Sharu-kun gets a full rinse with water to cool down. Then, he returns to his stall to enjoy a treat and take a nap.

Let's take it easy and get through this summer together!

ネジバナ

真っ直ぐに生きてる積もり捩れ花　清水吞船

8月２８日の朝日新聞の俳壇に掲載された俳句です。

近年見る機会もなくすっかり忘れていた花ですが、この句をみて子どものころの記憶がよみがえりました。

自分の家の芝生の中などに、突然のように咲く可憐な小さい花です。でも雑草扱いされています。

自分はひそかに子供心にこの花を愛でていました。

この俳句を見てこの花のことがよみがえり懐かしく、どこかで出会えることを願いました。

This haiku was published in the Haidan section of the Asahi Shimbun on August 28th.

Reading this haiku brought back memories of a flower I hadn't seen in years and had almost forgotten. It is a delicate, small flower that used to appear suddenly in the grass of my childhood home. Despite its charm, it was often treated as a weed.

Secretly, I cherished this flower with a child's heart.

Seeing this haiku brought back memories of that flower, and I feel a nostalgic longing to encounter it again somewhere.　　

たまに行方不明

気が付くと庭のサルスベリに花が咲き始めていました。

美しくて花は長持ちし、手入れの手間がなくて大好きな花のひとつです。

日本のブーゲンビリアと私はよんでいます。

シャル君の体調もだいぶよくなり、先生の乗り運動ができるようになっています。

このまま元気でいてくれるよう祈るのみです。

 

一昨日ニャニャちゃんがいなくなり、一日中帰ってこず皆を心配させましたが昨日無事に帰ってきました。

インちゃんも心配していたのか、離れずにくっついて二人で寝ていました。

I noticed that the crape myrtle in the garden has started to bloom. It's a beautiful flower that lasts a long time and doesn't require much care, which is why it's one of my favorites. I call it the "Japanese Bougainvillea."

Sharu's condition has improved a lot, and he's now able to do light exercise under the teacher's supervision. I just hope he stays healthy.

The day before yesterday, NyaNya went missing and didn't come back all day, which worried everyone. But yesterday, she returned safely. It seems that In-chan was worried too, as they snuggled up and slept together.

早朝は涼しいのですが

インベ君は早起きしてここから駐車場を見張っています。

夏の早朝は心地いいのですが、だんだん気温が上がり不快指数も上がります。

シャル君の体力はまだ完全に回復していません。

8時の調馬策運動のあとすぐに帰りたがります。すでに太陽は高く暑くなっているからでしょうか。

食欲はありますが１１時頃にはまたお昼寝です。

Inbe wakes up early and keeps watch over the parking lot from here.

The early summer mornings are pleasant, but as the temperature rises, the discomfort index increases as well.

Sharu's strength hasn't fully recovered yet.

After lunging exercises at 8 AM, he wants to go back immediately. Perhaps because the sun is already high and it's getting hot.

He has an appetite, but he takes another nap around 11 AM.

 

夏の花

今回のガマの穂は生き生きしていて長持ちしそうです。夏はお花がいたみやすいのが悩みです。

人も猫も同じです暑さに弱いです。今回は暑さに強い花を選びました。

This time, the cattail spikes look lively and seem like they'll last long. The problem with summer is that flowers tend to wilt easily.

Both people and cats are weak against the heat. This time, I chose flowers that are strong against the heat.
