暑く感じる朝

昨日お花見でかるく汗をかき、今日もまた暖かい日でした。

シャル君はレッスンと手入れの後お昼寝をしていました。気温の変化は体調に影響するのでしょう。

Yesterday, I lightly sweat while cherry blossom viewing, and today was also a warm day.

After his lesson and grooming, Sharu took a nap. Changes in temperature can affect one's health.

さくらも見ごろを過ぎて、夏が近づいていることが感じられます。

ハエが2匹いてシャルくんをうるさがらせていました。

The cherry blossoms are past their peak, and you can feel that summer is approaching.

There were two flies bothering Sharu, making him restless.

お花たちのパワー

雨のため四日間シャル君と会えませんでした。でも今朝シャル君の元気な顔をみて、とても嬉しくなりました。

朝少しぱらついていた雨も上がって、シャル君はレッスンを受けることが出来ました。

 

Due to the rain, I couldn't see Sharu for four days. But this morning, when I saw Sharu's cheerful face, I became very happy. The rain that was drizzling in the morning had also stopped. Sharu was able to have a lesson.

雨のおかげでシャルガｰデンの花たちが一斉に開きとてもきれいです。

夕方知人より丹精されたシンビジュウムをいただきました。

花からもらうパワーにつつまれて幸せです。

Thanks to the rain, the flowers in the Sharu Garden have bloomed all at once and look very beautiful.

In the evening, I received a carefully nurtured Cymbidium from an acquaintance.

I am surrounded by the power that I receive from these flowers, and I feel happy.

試練の雨

これはリゾートトラストの宣伝用の写真です。

もう一枚は８年前の写真です。

もしこの土日と続く本降りの雨がなければ、今週末から来週にかけてこのような景色が楽しめるはずでした。

来週まで持ちこたえて、散らなければいいのにと思いますがはたしてどうでしょう。

シャル君のレッスンも放牧もできなくて、かわいそうだなと思っています。

お隣の皐月ちゃんと顔突き合わせて退屈しのぎをしているのでしょうか？

 

でも先週の日曜日に朝日俳壇でえらばれた俳句を思い出してちょっとにっこり！

If it weren't for the heavy rain this weekend and the following week, we would have been able to enjoy this kind of scenery from this weekend to next week.

I hope it holds out until next week and doesn't disperse, but we'll see.

I feel sorry for Sharu-kun because he can't have his lesson or be let out to graze.

I wonder if he's bored, facing  with his neighbor Satsuki-chan? or sulking in bed?

But I smiled a little when I remembered the haiku that was selected for the Asahi Haikuist last Sunday!

３２歳の誕生日おめでとう！

３月２８日はラグビー君の誕生日です。３２才になります。

会員さんからお祝いに作ってもらいました。

さすがにもう誰も乗せてはいませんが、元気にすごしています。

かってはご神馬としてお仕事をしていたこともあります。

ライバルに同じ年のミルクちゃんがいます。ミルクちゃんは自馬でママを乗せることができます。

March 28th is Rugby-kun's birthday. He will be 32 years old.

This decoration was made by members as a celebration gift. Although no one rides him anymore, he is still lively and well.

He used to work as a sacred horse, but not anymore.

There is a rival horse named Milk-chan who is also the same age. Milk-chan can carry her mom on her back with ease.

These are truly magnificent horses!

大好きぼくちゃん

土曜日は雨、日曜と月曜は馬場が湿っていて放牧なしでした。

今朝、はやめに行って新馬場で放牧したけれど、少しドロンコになりました。

でもシャル君は嬉しさが隠せません。跳ねたり、寝ころんだり、走ったり元気いっぱいでした。

On Saturday it rained, and on Sunday and Monday the ground was damp, so there was no turnout.

This morning, I went early and turned out in the new paddock, but it got a little muddy.

However, Sharu-kun couldn't hide his joy. He jumped, rolled over, ran around, and was full of energy.
