Summer keeps coming back. It happened again yesterday and today.
This morning my horse and I both felt muggy. Nevertheless, I made him roam and rolled himself twice, stand still as if thinking on what else to do, and sometimes grazing little by little.
Yesterday, I went to the hospital to have an annual physical check-up. I will be informed of the result a month later. If something is wrong, my doctor would recommend to have a more thorough check at the hospital using special test and techniques.
It is very important to have a health check both for myself and my horse. We cannot enjoy life with horse if we both are not healthy.
Besides, riding takes a lot of work such as shampooing a horse’s body, cleaning and polishing the saddle and bridle, washing the mat under the saddle and the legs protector to name a few.
It is important for my horse and I to be stress free. Stress could be another cause of disease and we don’t want that.
It is usual for me to often let Charle roam in the ground early in the morning.
I suppose this is not only his favorite time but mine too.
If you stand in this place you can have a panoramic scenery that goes beyond the open fields.
You can very well see the proud mountains and the serene sea ahead.
We are both healed and strengthened by this open space.
Though very recently, the scenery is changing little by little. I can see the ferris wheel being built not too far from here.
They said it will be operational by the end of October.
It is a big park near the sea which they are expanding more now to accommodate and offer more entertainments. Progress is good but also invasive of people’s peace and quiet.
If you ride this ferris wheel you can see almost everything such as the peninsula islands sea and Mt. Fuji from up there. It must be a splendid, breathtaking view. I plan to one day go there and see for myself.
