今日の男女比率はフィフティフィフティでした。
今友人が外国から日本に来ていて、昨日カフェにいた時、ラインで英語で話をしていました。その時ふと気づいたことはまわりの空気、英語で話す私に少し迷惑そうな感じであったと思います。うちのジムは基本的に私語は禁止していません。むしろ気軽に話しかけてくれることでまわりの雰囲気がよくなり、コミュニケーションが広がることだと思っています。けれども武勇伝を自慢げに語り大声で騒ぐことは、レベルは違うが日本語で話している中で英語を堂々と話すのと似ていて、おそらく共通ではない言葉にまわりは少し不快になるでしょう。うちのクラブは女性が多く、年齢層の高い人もいらっしゃいます。武勇伝あるいは大きい声を出して騒ぐことは迷惑行為とです。社会人の集団にはある一定のデリカシーが必要です。みなさんそこをよく理解してくださっているので感謝しています。
