『雑音の中で音楽 vol.10』の続きです。
製作したアダプターと
iPadのアプリ『Travel』のグラフィックイコライザーの比較では、
一長一短あるものの
大きくクオリティが異なることはありませんでした。
今回は中高域を-2.5dBしましたが
これがベストということでもなく
微調整できるという点では
『Travel』のほうが良いのかもしれません。
しかしデジタル領域でのイコライジングは
そのまま分解能の低下につながります。
例えば、CDをリッピングすると16ビットの分解能ですが、
イコライザーで-12dBした場合、
分解能は14ビット以下に低下してしまいます。
そのためストリングスの音質に違いがでたのかもしれません。

It is a continuation of "Music in noise vol.10"
The manufactured adapter was compared with the graphic equalizer
of the application "Travel" of iPad.
There is almost no difference in a quality.
A midrange and treble of -2.5 dB were carried out in the experiment.
However, probably, this will not be the best.
"Travel" is good at the point that it can tune finely.
However, resolution falls in equalizing in a digital region.
For example, when ripping of the CD is carried out, it is 16bit resolution.
When -12dB is carried out with an equalizer,
Resolution falls to 14bits or less.
Therefore, probably, the string's sound qualities differed.
