裏をとって、ジャーナリストさん

　サボイ夫妻の事件に関して、まだ、情報は錯綜しているようであるし、また、自分も追いついていないのだが、Japan Probe　に面白いコメントがある。どこまで確かかわからないのだが、事情通しか書けないような情報を掲載している。

CS and his current wife Amy met when they were in college in RI
Amy married and moved to Tennessee with her ex-husband
199? CS moved to Japan and married to Noriko
2001-2008 CS established a business in Tokyo
2005?, CS got Japanese citizenship (he is a Japanese citizen)
Jan 2008, CS and his business suddenly moved to Tennessee (not RI) and started living with Amy
CS told Noriko that he want to start over their marriage and asked her to come to the US
Jun 15th 2008, Noriko and Children moved to the US
Jun 16th 2008, CS filed a divorce, (Amy also filed divorce almost the same time)
Jan 2009, CS and Noriko’s divorce was finalized
Feb 2009, CS and Amy married

Under their divorce agreement (which Noriko had to go through in a foreign land in the first half year of living in the US)
she has to live in Tennessee if she want to meet her children regularly.
She doesn’t have friends or job when she come to the US because she is a new comer.
Noriko and her children lived in Japan until Jun 2008, they lived in Japan all their lives (consequently they don’t know customs of the US).
CS demanded to take away children’s passports (which court denied)
CS demanded children’s full physical custody claiming she is mentally unstable (which court denied)

クリストファーサボイ氏はロードアイランド出身。
彼と現在の妻のアミーさんはそこの大学で知り合った。
アミーは結婚し、元夫とテネシーに転居した。
１９９？年　サボイ氏は日本に移住。
２００１年ー２００８年　サボイ氏は東京で営業。
２００５年？　サボイ氏は日本に帰化（彼は日本国籍である。）
２００８年１月　サボイ氏は突然営業をテネシーに移転。（ロードアイランドではない）そこで、アミーさんと同棲が始まる。
サボイ氏はのりこさんにやりなおしたいから、アメリカに来てくれと頼む。
６月１５日　のりこさんと子供たちは渡米
６月１６日　サボイ氏は離婚手続き開始。（のりこさんも同時に離婚手続きを開始）
２００９年１月　夫妻の離婚手続き終了
２月　サボイ氏とアミーさんは結婚
ーーーーすべて計画的ーーーー
離婚協議（のりこさんは最初の半年を外国の土地である米国で、離婚協議を費やさざる得なかった）での同意事項として、　のりこさんは、子供と定期的に会いたければ、テネシーに居住しなくてはならなかった。
　まったく知らない土地だったので、渡米したとき友人も仕事もなかった。
　のりこさんと子供たちは２００８年まで日本におり、生まれてからずっと日本に暮らしていたのである。（従って、米国の慣習にはうとい）
　サボイ氏は、子供のパスポートを没収することを請求した。（が、裁判所は却下）
　サボイ氏は、のここさんが精神的に不安定だとして、サボイ氏が子供と同居する権利がある、と主張した。（が、裁判所は却下）

とまあ、ざっとこんな感じだが、本件が以後問題になってくるとすれば、しっかりとした、裏をとることが必要だと思う。
