高速道路債務に国費投入 国交・財務両省が合意 値下げとセット 民営化の趣旨を逸脱
The Ministry of Land,Infrastructure and Transport and The Ministry of Finance have reached an accord that in the fiscal 2008 budget the government should take over some of the debts, which ex-Japan Road Public Corporation,now transferred into a few privitaized entities,had accumulated in its business operations,and which is about 40 trillion yen, with national expenditure used.This will likely be done along with some reduction of toll fees. Then this deal seems to be favorable. But, using national expenses will come to be contrary to the purpose of the privitization to the public corporation that said" All the debts should be repaid without the public's burden."
