内部統制 米、過剰規制を見直し 来年度にも改革法緩和 企業、負担軽く 日本の議論に影響も
It is learned that the U. S. likely will revise its regulation for the management of the corporate internal control in the next year because there are a lot of criticism in the country saying the regulation and its application are too tough and cost too much for companies. This will surely give a significant influence on the debates in Japan, as Japan is going to follow the U.S. mevement in this field ,with lots of the same corporate scandals related to fake financial reports having occured for the past recent years ,also in Japan.
