水力発電事業を統合 来年新会社 海外を共同開拓 日立・三菱重・三菱電
According to sources,three companies of Hitachi,Ltd.,Mitsubishi Heavy Industries,Ltd. and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in Japan will integrate their businesses of hydraulic power generation equipment. Under the plan, they will separate each business from their main businesss and set up a new company for the deal in 2011.
Making use of their resources such as their technologies and products, they will enhance competitiveness in an oveaseas bidding for hydroelectric generation.
While there are now not so many cases of big hydroelectric generation project at home, there are so many overseas especially in emerging countries because such types of power generation will not generate carbon dioxide and so much favored.
