排出量取引秋に施行 温暖化ガス削減長期目標 最大で8割 首相が発表 税制抜本改革 環境税など検討
Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda released on Monday at Japan Natonal Press Club,located at Uchisaiwai-cho,Tokyo, the outline of the so-called "Fukuda Vision,"or Japanese measures against the global warming.He said that Japan would have reduced the greenhouse-effect gases emission by 60-80 percent,compared with the level in 2005,by the year of 2050.He also said that the government will start the trial transaction of the greenhouse-gas emission volume this autumn,and will implement the revision of the related tax system, including the introduction of the environmental tax.
