Face-to-Face

Hi there! Jun Tomioka again!

Yesterday, I conducted a business training.
After the pandemic, I lost opportunities to do face-to-face
training. Almost every training was online.

However, I did a face-to-face training yesterday.
The topic was OJT (On the Job Training).
I conducted many group discussions.
The face-to-face discussions are lively and much better
than online.

Even after we solve the pandemic problem, maybe we will make
good use of face-to-face or online depending on training topics.
