The breazing is coll, my all of skin were getting coll down.

l started dumbbell again.
l met a high school classmate who had been dating from 18yo to 20yo since l graduated from high school last year for the first time in 40 years.
He told me "l want you to be cute and coll like the old days."

l gained weight from about 25㎏ since the old days.
l was shocked like a change of outselves with him of an unchanged figure, and my weight was reduced by 10㎏.
lt was suprised at the Curves trainer l was passing since l worried about muscle weakness 5 years ago.
l've recently became unsatisfactory with the workouts of the Curves, and l'd like to make a body makeup by RIZAP.
But it costs close to 400,000 yen,

So l've no money, l decided to resume the dumbbell exercises l did 30 years ago until l've money.
