【概要】
バルト三国の一国・エストニアは、近年、電子国家やIT

先進国として有名になりました。

政府を電子化し、e-Resudency という外国人向けに電子

国民の権利を発行するなどの取り組みで知られ、日本からも

大変注目が集まっています。

日本の青森県ほどの人口のこの小さな国は、同時にスタートアップ

企業を次々と生み出してもいます。

そのエストニア首都のタリン工科大学の大学院を卒業し、エストニア

をベースに活動されている齋藤大将さんになぜスタートアップが

これほど生まれているのか、その仕組みを伺います。

さらにエストニアだけでなく、今、世界の国々で新しい取り組みが

生まれるまちづくりのためにどんな工夫をされているのかもお聞きし、

これを鎌倉で実現するために、私たちができることを考えていきます。


当日は、「まちの大学」ボディ&マインド学部長の宍戸幹央さんも

モデレーターとして、齋藤さんとみなさんとの対話をナビゲートします。

【Overview】
Estonia, one of the three Baltic states, has become famous as an electronic nation and an advanced IT nation in recent years. It is known for its efforts such as digitizing the government and issuing e-Resudency, the rights of electronic citizens, to foreigners. It is also receiving a lot of attention from Japan. This small country, with a population as large as Aomori Prefecture in Japan, is also spawning start-up companies one after another.
We would like to ask Mr. Hiromasa Saito, who has graduated from the graduate school of Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) in the capital of Estonia and is based in Estonia, why startups are so born. In addition, I would like to ask him what kind of measures he is taking to create a town where new initiatives are born not only in Estonia but also in other countries around the world. And we will think about what we can do to realize this in Kamakura.


On the day of the event, Mikio Shishido, Dean of the Faculty of Body and Mind at Machino University(University of our town) , will also be the moderator to navigate the dialogue between Mr. Saito and everyone.

Hiromasa Saito (Estify Consultants OÜ / SUNABACO)


Started a business with local guidance and consulting while attending TalTech Technical University. He has won many awards at hackathons in Estonia and has been on the stage. The research theme is numerical analysis of literature. He is also a CNET columnist.
Currently, as an engineer and data scientist, he is involved in the creator group SUNABACO, which operates innovation hubs and programming classes in rural areas while developing on various projects.
It also operates a VR school (private VRC school).

ユング研究家の故小川教授からお聞きしました。

ユングは、晩年カウンセリングの時に、クライアントの

後ろにいるお爺さんお婆さんの霊体と話していたといい

ます。

日本の初代総理大臣山本権兵衛の初孫のマリさんのお婆さ

まは、40歳の時に盲目となられ、その後宗教家として活動

された方です。

お婆さまの影響が強いマリさんのお話は、今までの心理学に

はない“超心理学”を感じます。

コロナ禍の中でしたが、明治記念館「末広」の間は、

広めでしたので、お隣の間隔も充分で、出版パーティー

にはマリさんの地元の神戸からパーティのために参加さ

れた方もいて、フアッショナブル！

私の縄文ストレッチも特別に紹介くださり、後で名刺

交換に来られたりして、縄文が幅広く各地に広がって

いるのを感じました。

安倍昭恵さんもゲストで来られていましたが、彼女も

“縄文大好き”だと言われていました。

ツンとすましたところがなく、かわいい〜性格の方で、

旦那様から愛されていられることを、感じた次第です。

椎名さんもご一緒致しましたが、華やかな雰囲気の中

にも自然体で行動されて、さすがキャリアコンサルティング

の社員さんですネ。

I was really surprised.

We heard from the deceased Professor Ogawa, 

a psychologist Jung researcher.

Jung is said to have spoken to the spiritual body 

behind the client during counseling in his later years.


From the story of Ms. Mari, who is strongly influenced 

by her grandmother, I feel parapsychology in this book.


Her grandmother was born as the first grandson of the 

first Prime Minister of Japan, Gonbei Yamamoto. 

Her grandmother was blinded at the age of 40, from 

which she opened her mind's eye and became a religionist.


As a new psychology, I think this book is a breakthrough.

Although it was in the corona wreck, the space between 

the Meiji Kinenkan "Suehiro" was wide, so there was 

enough space between the seats next to it. 

The people who participated in the publishing party were 

all nice ladies and gentlemen.


There were people from Mali's hometown of Kobe who 

participated in the party, and the party was a great success .


She introduced Jomon Stretch specially to everyone, 

and some people came to exchange business cards later. 

I felt that the Jomon culture was widespread.


Akie Abe, a former Prime Minister's lady, was also a 

guest, she was also said to love Jomon.

She has a lonely, cute personality, and I felt that she 

was loved by her husband, the former prime minister.


Shiina san was with me, but she was acting naturally 

even in a gorgeous atmosphere. As expected,

 she is an employee of career consulting.

コロナで始まりコロナで終わる2020 年も、2ヶ月足らずと

なりましたが、皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか。

コロナの決定的なワクチンが出来るのは、まだ先のようですし、

来年もウィズコロナで、迎える事になりますね。

新型コロナウィルスは、人工的につくられた？

ノーベル賞の大村智氏は、遺伝子配列の四カ所がエイズウィルス

と同じというのが、不自然で、それを証明するのは困難です。

新型コロナウィルスにが、コウモリなどの動物によるものなのか、

発生源とされる武漢のウィルス研究所に軍隊が乗り込んで証拠に

なりそうなもの全てを破壊し、関係者の口封じをしたとされてい

ます。

日本人のコロナ死亡が少ないのは、三密状態の除去をうまく行っ

て、日常生活の衛生状態が良いこと、保険制度や医療機関が充実

していること。

また和食、漢方の有効性、を説かれていました。

野菜や海藻は免疫性を高め、ウィルスに打ち勝つと、言われて

おります。

このウィルスは変異を繰り返し、ワクチンができても、効かなく

なることも考えられます。

今後もこの感染症は今後も長引き完全に消すことは無理だと思い

ます。根気よく付き合っていく事になるでしょう。

の方は、今年で6年目ですが、先月のリハビリでは一人で立つ事

が出来ました。

ご本人もビックリ‼️目から涙が出ていられました。

施術者の私たちも、クライアントの方が良くなって行かれるのを、

見守りながら、謙虚に精進しております。

コロナの時代において、行動が狭められているからこそ、内需拡大

に努めて、より進化したボディーワークに、来年も取り組んで行き

たいと思います。

協会主催の勉強会を来年はもっと充実させたものにして、インストラクター

の成長に繋げて行きたいと考えております。

A female client with muscular atrophy who is continuing treatment

 for Kuratomi Jomon Shindo bodywork has been receiving 

treatment for the sixth year, but was able to stand alone at the 

rehabilitation last month.

She is also surprised! ️ Tears were coming out of her eyes.

As practitioners, we are humbly devoting ourselves while 

watching the client's progress.

Because the behavior is narrowed in the Corona era, I would 

like to strive to expand domestic demand and continue to 

work on more advanced bodywork next year.

We would like to enhance the study sessions sponsored by 

the association next year and lead to the growth of instructors.

屋久島の周波数4 初めての出産 birth for the first time

36歳にして初めて自分が出産しなければいけない時に、

ごちゃごちゃしている東京ではどうしても出産という気分

にはなれなかった。

自然の豊かな屋久島で出産したい、と心に決めて始めた

屋久島の生活も早一年になろうとしている。


その間いろんなことが起こった。

女として36年間生きてきて、まだ体験していない体の痛み

や変化というものを出産を通して経験した。

それだけでも大変なのに、今度は世界中がコロナ菌に侵され、

このまま世界経済が破綻するのではないかという現象が一時

垣間見まれる。そんな数百年に一度の現象を、まるで夢でも

みているかのように屋久島で鑑賞していた。

鑑賞していた、というのも正しい表現である。

何故なら私の周りに暮らしていた屋久島の南で、コロナに関

して悲観している人が、圧倒的に少ないという事だった。

私は知人に会うたびに「コロナで大変でしょう？」と尋ねる

のだが、「はて？ はて？そうかなぁ、自分はこの時間を楽しん

でいる！」と目を輝かせてそんな応えが返って来た。

何度も同じ質問を繰り返すのだが、周りの人は、大変だ、とは

言わなかった。別に意地を張っている様子でもなさそうだ。

現に観光客がいなくなり、仕事が激変したはずなのの屋久島

の観光業で働く、私の知り合いのガイドさんはこの空いた

時間を写真を撮るのに使っているそうだ。

プロ並みの腕利きの写真家だが、今まではガイドの仕事で

忙しくなかなか写真を撮れずにいたが、コロナのお陰で仕事

が減り時間が余り、思う存分写真を撮りに森に入るらしい。

近所の喫茶店に通う常連客さん達もみな口を揃えて云うのが、

「屋久島では食べるのに困らないから何の心配もしていない」

果たしてそんな単純な事だろうかといろいろ考えてみた。

確かに家賃はべらごうに安い屋久島だ。

行きつけのカフェで働くお姉さんなんかも「家族5人で5千円の

家に住んでいる」と自慢そうに語ってくれる。

その通りだ。ここ屋久島で「月に4万円の家賃を払っていると

いると云うと「まずそんなに払う島に住んでいる子はいないね」

と言われる。

僅か数千円の家賃、そして安くて新鮮な魚や野菜が手に入る、

只それだけで年収数億円稼いでいる東京の大金持ちより良い

暮らしが出来る。そういう愉快さを感じる島の暮らし。

良く考えてみなくとも、東京やニューヨークで地位がある職

を持ちバリバリ稼いでいく人たちよりも、屋久島でコロナ菌

の心配もあまりせず、おいしい空気を吸い、朗らかな人々に

囲まれて子育ての出来る方が断然気楽だ。

一体この生活に値段を付けるとしたら、いくらで私は売り渡す

だろうか？

おそらく何千万円のお金を渡されても、住んでいるだけで数十

万かかり、いつ菌に侵されるか分からず、ビリビリしている東京

やニューヨークには住む気になれないな、と私は正直思った。

When I had to give birth for the first time at the age of 36, 

I just couldn't feel like giving birth in the messy Tokyo.

The life of Yakushima, which started with the decision to 

give birth on Yakushima, which is rich in nature, is about to 

turn into a year.

During that time, various things happened.

I have lived as a woman for 36 years, and this time I experienced

 physical pain and changes that I had not yet experienced 

through childbirth.

Even though it was difficult, there was a glimpse of the

 phenomenon that the world would be invaded by coronavirus 

and the world economy would collapse as it is. I was watching

 such a phenomenon once in hundreds of years on Yakushima 

as if I was dreaming.

It is a correct expression to have been watching.

The reason was that in the southern part of Yakushima, 

where I lived around, there were overwhelmingly few people 

who were pessimistic about corona.

Every time I meet an acquaintance, I ask, "Isn't it hard in 

Corona?"

Well, I don't think so. I'm enjoying this time! With their eyes 

shining, such a response came back.

I ask the same question over and over, but they didn't say it 

was hard. It doesn't look like they're stubborn.

A guide I know who works in the tourism industry in Yakushima 

is using this spare time to take pictures, even though the 

number of tourists has disappeared and his work has changed 

drastically.

Although he is a professional photographer, he has been busy 

with his guide work and couldn't take pictures, but thanks to 

Corona, he has less work and more time, so he seems to go 

into the forest to take pictures as much as he wants.

All the regular customers who go to the coffee shop in the 

neighborhood say, "I'm not worried because I don't have any 

trouble eating in Yakushima."

I wondered if it was such a simple thing.

Certainly Yakushima is a very cheap rent.

A young woman who works at a coffee shop I go to proudly 

says, "I live in a house of 5,000 yen with five family members."

That's right. Here in Yakushima, when I say, "I pay 40,000 

yen a month for rent."

"People who live on the island don't pay that much," they say.


On Yakushima, you can get rent for only a few thousand 

yen, and cheap and fresh fish and vegetables. By itself, you 

can live a better life than the rich people in Tokyo who earn 

hundreds of millions of yen a year. Living on an island where 

you can feel that kind of fun.


Even if you don't think about it, you don't have to worry about 

coronaviruses on Yakushima as much as those who have jobs

 in Tokyo or New York and earn a lot of money. It's definitely 

easier to do it.

How much would I sell if I were to price this life on Yakushima?

I honestly thought that even if I was given tens of millions 

of yen, I wouldn't feel like living in Tokyo or New York. It costs 

hundreds of thousands of yen a month just to live, and you 

have to live a tingling life without knowing when you will be 

affected by the fungus.
