Until now, Japan has continued to back down and remain silent in the face of South Korea's repeated criticism of Japan and unreasonable demands.

The problem has grown to this extent because Japan has continued to adopt a passive and negative attitude.

It was only with the Abe administration that Japan changed its attitude to a more proactive one.

It is a crucial thing.

The problem was not only caused by the irresponsible words and actions of South Korean intellectuals who exaggerated and distorted history but also by the distorted historical views of Japan's "conscientious intellectuals," as is well known.

In the so-called forced labor issue and the comfort women issue, they spread false information and caused great misunderstanding among the people of both Japan and South Korea.

The Abe administration has also taken a firm stance in response to such developments.

In the so-called forced labor issue, it is only natural that the Abe administration strongly urges the Moon administration to implement the Japan-Korea Agreement on the Settlement of Problems Concerning Property and Claims.

When I consider the long-term Japan-Korea relationship, it is good that the Japanese side took a proactive stance early on.

If the Japanese government had continued to give in to President Moon's unreasonable demands as it has done until now, a healthy relationship between Japan and South Korea would have been impossible.

In that respect, I am optimistic about the future of Korea-Japan relations.

In fact, there are now more and more people in South Korea, both ordinary citizens and politicians, who think anti-Japanese sentiment is not in the country's best interests.

For example, conservative Liberty Korea Party members, such as Representative Chung Yu-sup and Party President Noh Kyung-hwa, have begun to question the Moon administration's anti-Japanese stance.　

In September last year, I set up the 'Association for Opposing the Installation of Statues of Comfort Women and Labor Mobilization Workers, and in October, I the 'Association for Opposing Anti-Japanese Nationalism.' The membership of the 'Association for Opposing Anti-Japanese Nationalism' has already exceeded 1,000 people.

When I spoke to some members, they said that if they had been to Japan before or had Japanese friends they continued to interact with, they would say that "it was completely different from what was taught in the Korean textbooks."

At the Naksungdae Economic Research Institute, where I work, the director, Lee Young-hoon, and I, along with five other researchers, co-authored the book Anti-Japanese Racism. It was released in July in South Korea and has already sold over 30,000 copies.

It's the summer holiday season, and at Kyobo Book Center, the biggest bookstore in Seoul, the top three places in the sales rankings are travel-related books, but the fourth place is this book.

The "anti-Japanese racism" discussed in this book is a shamanistic worldview that has become common knowledge among Koreans today and is based on lies with no factual basis regarding the history of Japan's rule over Korea.

We planned this book to expose the Korean people to the whole process of the origins, formation, spread, and ferocity of anti-Japanese racism and to appeal to them about the dangers of this ideology.　

The fact that the book is selling so well is proof that there are Koreans who feel that "anti-Japanese sentiment is wrong" and who want to "study it" and "tell others about it."

It's the summer holiday season, and at Kyobo Book Center, the biggest bookstore in Seoul, the top three places in the sales rankings are travel-related books, but the fourth place is this book.

It is extremely rare for a book in the sociology genre to sell so well in Korea.

Seventeen years ago, I heard that the writer Kim Wan-shop wrote "A Defense for the Pro-Japanese" and that it became a topic of conversation in Japan. However, in Korea, it was wrapped in plastic so that it could not be browsed and placed unobtrusively in the corner of the bookstore as a harmful book.

Compared to those days, Korea has clearly changed.

Of course, scholars, experts, and readers have criticized the book, but there have been no specific criticisms or counterarguments along the lines of "this part of the book is wrong because of this reason."

All of the criticisms have been abusive language such as "he is a pro-Japanese," "traitor," and "Indigenous Wokou."

On July 2, at a symposium held at the United Nations European Headquarters in Geneva, I stated the historical facts that "most Korean workers went to Japan to work of their own free will" and that "there was no ethnic discrimination in wages," but after returning to my office, I was attacked by two men.

They called me a "traitor" and spat at me, but that was all they could do.

反日に反対する動き　
これまで韓国による度重なる日本非難や理不尽な要求に対して、日本は後退し、沈黙し続けてきました。
日本があまりにも受動的で消極的な態度を続けてきたので、問題がここまで大きくなってしまった。
それを安倍政権になって初めて積極的な姿勢に転換した。
これは非常に重要なことです。
歴史問題でも歴史を誇張、歪曲する韓国の知識人らの無責任な言動だけではなく、周知のとおり日本の「良心的知識人」の歪曲された歴史観にも問題を大きくした原因がありました。
いわゆる徴用工問題でも慰安婦問題でも、彼らが史実ではないことを喧伝し、韓日両国民に大きな誤解を与えてしまった。
そうした動きに対しても、安倍政権は毅然とした対応を貫いています。
いわゆる徴用工問題で、文政権に韓日請求権協定の履行を強く求めていますが、当然のことです。　
私は長期的な韓日関係を考えると、むしろ早い段階で日本側が積極的な姿勢に転じたことはよかったと思っています。
これまでのように文大統領の理不尽な要求に屈していたら、健全な韓日関係はいつまで経っても築けません。
その点で、私は今後の韓日関係について楽観的なのです。
実はいま、韓国国内にも「反日は韓国の国益にならない」と考える人たちが一般の国民や政治家にも確実に増えてきています。
たとえば、保守政党の自由韓国党の鄭有燮議員や羅卿瑕代表などは、文政権の反日に疑問を呈し始めています。　
私は昨年九月に、「慰安婦と労務動員労働者の銅像設置に反対する会」を、十月には「反日民族主義に反対する会」を立ち上げましたが、「反日民族主義に反対する会」の会員はすでに一千人を超えています。
会員に話を聞くと、日本に行ったことがあったり、知人に日本人がいて交流を続けていると、「韓国の教科書で教えられたこととぜんぜん違う」と言います。

事務所が襲撃される　
私が勤める落星台経済研究所では、李榮薫所長や私を含む六名の研究員が共著で七月に『反日種族主義』を韓国内で発売し、すでに発行部数三万部を突破しました。
以前では考えられなかったことです。
この本で述べている「反日種族主義」とは、日本が韓国を支配した歴史に関して、今日の韓国人の通念となっている、何の事実の根拠もなしに嘘で積み上げたシャーマニズム的世界観です。
反日種族主義の起源、形成、拡散、猛威の全過程を国民に告発し、その危険性を訴えるためにこの本を企画しました。　
本がここまで売れるということは、それほど「反日は間違っている」ということを感じ、「勉強したい」「他の人たちにも教えてあげたい」と考える韓国人がいるという証左だと思います。　
いま夏休みの季節で、ソウルで1番大きな書店、教保文庫では売上げランキングの第一位～三位までが旅行関連の書籍ですが、第四位が本書です。
韓国で社会学のジャンルの本がここまで売れるのは極めて珍しい。　
十七年前に作家の金完燮氏が『親日派のための弁明』を書き、日本でも話題になったと聞きましたが、韓国では有害図書として立ち読みできないようラップで包まれ、書店の隅っこに目立たないように置かれていました。
あの頃と比べても、韓国は明らかに変わってきています。　
もちろん、本書に対する学者や専門家、読者からの批判は数多く寄せられていますが、「李宇衍が述べているこの部分がこう間違っている」と具体的な批判、反論は何一つありません。
その全てが「あいつは親日派だ」「売国奴」「土着倭寇」という罵詈雑言です。
私が七月二日にジュネーブの国連欧州本部で開かれたシンポジウムで、「ほとんどの朝鮮人労働者たちは自らの意思で日本に働きに行った」「賃金の民族差別はなかった」と史実を述べたところ、帰国後、事務所で二人の男に襲われました。
彼らは私に対して「売国奴野郎」と罵り、ツバを吐きかけましたが、そうしたことしかできないのです。

反日に反対する動き　
これまで韓国による度重なる日本非難や理不尽な要求に対して、日本は後退し、沈黙し続けてきました。
日本があまりにも受動的で消極的な態度を続けてきたので、問題がここまで大きくなってしまった。
それを安倍政権になって初めて積極的な姿勢に転換した。
これは非常に重要なことです。
歴史問題でも歴史を誇張、歪曲する韓国の知識人らの無責任な言動だけではなく、周知のとおり日本の「良心的知識人」の歪曲された歴史観にも問題を大きくした原因がありました。
いわゆる徴用工問題でも慰安婦問題でも、彼らが史実ではないことを喧伝し、韓日両国民に大きな誤解を与えてしまった。
そうした動きに対しても、安倍政権は毅然とした対応を貫いています。
いわゆる徴用工問題で、文政権に韓日請求権協定の履行を強く求めていますが、当然のことです。　
私は長期的な韓日関係を考えると、むしろ早い段階で日本側が積極的な姿勢に転じたことはよかったと思っています。
これまでのように文大統領の理不尽な要求に屈していたら、健全な韓日関係はいつまで経っても築けません。
その点で、私は今後の韓日関係について楽観的なのです。
実はいま、韓国国内にも「反日は韓国の国益にならない」と考える人たちが一般の国民や政治家にも確実に増えてきています。
たとえば、保守政党の自由韓国党の鄭有燮議員や羅卿瑕代表などは、文政権の反日に疑問を呈し始めています。　
私は昨年九月に、「慰安婦と労務動員労働者の銅像設置に反対する会」を、十月には「反日民族主義に反対する会」を立ち上げましたが、「反日民族主義に反対する会」の会員はすでに一千人を超えています。
会員に話を聞くと、日本に行ったことがあったり、知人に日本人がいて交流を続けていると、「韓国の教科書で教えられたこととぜんぜん違う」と言います。
事務所が襲撃される　
私が勤める落星台経済研究所では、李榮薫所長や私を含む六名の研究員が共著で七月に『反日種族主義』を韓国内で発売し、すでに発行部数三万部を突破しました。
以前では考えられなかったことです。
この本で述べている「反日種族主義」とは、日本が韓国を支配した歴史に関して、今日の韓国人の通念となっている、何の事実の根拠もなしに嘘で積み上げたシャーマニズム的世界観です。
反日種族主義の起源、形成、拡散、猛威の全過程を国民に告発し、その危険性を訴えるためにこの本を企画しました。　
本がここまで売れるということは、それほど「反日は間違っている」ということを感じ、「勉強したい」「他の人たちにも教えてあげたい」と考える韓国人がいるという証左だと思います。　
いま夏休みの季節で、ソウルで1番大きな書店、教保文庫では売上げランキングの第一位～三位までが旅行関連の書籍ですが、第四位が本書です。
韓国で社会学のジャンルの本がここまで売れるのは極めて珍しい。　
十七年前に作家の金完燮氏が『親日派のための弁明』を書き、日本でも話題になったと聞きましたが、韓国では有害図書として立ち読みできないようラップで包まれ、書店の隅っこに目立たないように置かれていました。
あの頃と比べても、韓国は明らかに変わってきています。　
もちろん、本書に対する学者や専門家、読者からの批判は数多く寄せられていますが、「李宇衍が述べているこの部分がこう間違っている」と具体的な批判、反論は何一つありません。
その全てが「あいつは親日派だ」「売国奴」「土着倭寇」という罵詈雑言です。
私が七月二日にジュネーブの国連欧州本部で開かれたシンポジウムで、「ほとんどの朝鮮人労働者たちは自らの意思で日本に働きに行った」「賃金の民族差別はなかった」と史実を述べたところ、帰国後、事務所で二人の男に襲われました。
彼らは私に対して「売国奴野郎」と罵り、ツバを吐きかけましたが、そうしたことしかできないのです。

Ceux qui se sont abonnés aux magazines mensuels WiLL et Hanada, mis en vente hier, ont dû être reconnaissants.
Ils regorgent d'articles qui mettent en lumière des choses que les médias ne rapportent pas du tout, c'est-à-dire la vérité cachée.
Tous les abonnés ont dû être horrifiés par le fait que des journaux comme Asahi et des médias télévisés comme NHK ne rapportaient pas du tout la vérité.
Au fait, ces deux magazines sont excellents.
Ils contiennent tellement d'articles authentiques et ne coûtent que 950 yens chacun (taxes incluses).
Tout citoyen japonais sachant lire doit se rendre immédiatement dans la librairie la plus proche pour s'abonner.
Si vous ne vous abonnez pas, vous n'êtes pas une personne intelligente vivant au 21ème siècle.
Les Asahi, NHK, etc., ne sont qu'une version légèrement meilleure de Xi Jinping.
Il n'est pas exagéré de dire qu'il s'agit du même genre de personnes en ce sens qu'ils ne disent jamais la vérité aux gens.
Je dirai aux gens du monde ce que je peux.
Vous devez vous rendre dans votre librairie la plus proche et vous abonner.

Hier soir, NHK a diffusé une longue émission intitulée « 100 ans du Parti communiste chinois : quels sont les « gènes rouges » qui gouvernent 1,4 milliard de personnes ? NHK a diffusé une longue émission avec ce titre.
Le Parti communiste chinois a dû obliger NHK, un diffuseur amical, à diffuser le programme spécialement pour eux.
Depuis que j'avais regardé ce programme de propagande insensé du gouvernement chinois jusqu'au milieu du programme, l'interview spéciale suivante était encore plus impressionnante.
Il n'est pas exagéré de dire que les médias japonais n'ont jamais rendu compte des réalités du Parti communiste chinois.
Il en est de même pour les médias mondiaux. La raison en est comme je l'ai mentionné à plusieurs reprises.
En d'autres termes, la situation réelle du Parti communiste chinois, que les médias du monde n'ont pas rapportée, est magnifiquement révélée dans l'interview spéciale entre M. Naoki Hyakuta et Shi Ping dans le magazine mensuel Hanada, qui a été mis en vente hier.
C'est le meilleur du genre dans le monde d'après-guerre.
Tout citoyen japonais sachant lire doit se rendre dès maintenant à la librairie la plus proche pour s'abonner.

C'est peut-être un peu abusif, mais c'est presque comme s'ils abandonnaient leurs enfants et les envoyaient dans des écoles d'éducation physique dans les zones rurales.

Comme ils sont inutiles dans la société, ils ne peuvent pas trouver un travail décent.
