Do you think teacher should improve ourselves constantly to teach English?
Why and how?

I definitely think teacher should improve to teach English constantly.

At first, I want to insist that teacher’s attitude and passion toward English moves students’ hearts. If teacher teaches English to student’s normal way, like routine task, they lose their motivation to study English.

　Secondly, even if teacher have skills and a lot of knowledge, it’s still not enough to make students fun with English.
Students get bored with routine English classes, teacher should devise classes to attract them and make creative one.
Thirdly(?), teacher should know update news, society, media from foreigh countly constantly.
Because this is the biggest way to motivate students to study English, and familiarize them to English. I always want to improve my English for students, and also for myself.

質問：教師は常に技術を磨かなければなりませんか？

内容は先生は常に技術を磨かなければいけないこと。
先生の英語に対する情熱が生徒の心を動かすということ。
仕事だからやってるって態度じゃ生徒はやる気なくなるじゃん？みたいな。
２つ目にたとえ技術と知識をたくさん持っていても十分ではないと言うこと。
３つ目は最新の海外のニュースや社会、メディアの情報こそ生徒が興味を引く話題だからこそ。というような内容です。
