この夏８月３日に全米で公開する「El Cantante」。Cantanteは・・・　「歌手」。
実在のサルサ歌手Hector Lavoeの生涯がストーリーになったもの
写真で気付いたかもしれないけど、主役に選ばれたのは大人気サルサ歌手マーク・アンソニー♪
そしてその妻役はジェニファー・ロペス♪
実生活でも夫婦のこのビッグカップル、きっと息のあった演技が期待できそうだね
日本でも、サルサファン、二人のファン、などたくさんの人が日本公開を待ってることでしょ～。

Here is a new salsa movie opening on Aug 3rd in all major cities in the US; El Cantante
The story is inspired by a true story, a life stroy about a real salsa pioneer Hector Lavoe.
You might have noticed from this picture, but Hector Lavoe is played by Marc Anthony, a top salsa star, and his wife Jennifer Lopes plays as Hector's wife.
I'm sure millions of salsa dancers & fans of these two stars are waiting for this movie to come to Japan!!

熱い六本木の夜 One Hot Summer Night in Roppongi

JSDCのヨシ矢野と天野由高が、エステサロン「エデン」(南青山）主催のダンスパーティを盛り上げました♪
会場は、シャンデリアやミラーボールがクラシカルな雰囲気を醸し出す素敵なスペース、六本木のRise Tokyo。
メレンゲ、サルサ、そしてラインダンスで、ノリノリのゲストの皆さんは更にヒートアップ
さてさて、熱い2007年夏のはじまりはじまり～

Yoshi Yano and Yutaka Amano helped a dance party organized by a beauty salon Eden (Minamiaoyama).
Rise Tokyo in Roppongi was selected for this summer dance party, which has classical chanderia and mirror balls all over the space.
All the party guests joined the Merengue, Salsa, and Line-dance lessons, welcoming hot summer 2007!

北九州にて In Kitakyushu

北九州市のステップアップトゥドリーム主催サマーチャリティパーティが今年も開催されたよ♪
JSDCからはヨシ矢野が参加して、デモンストレーション、共演会の審査員、ワークショップなどを行いました
九州の皆さんにはまた冬にお目にかかります！

Step Up To Dream in Kitakyushu city had Summer Charity Party last week.
Yoshi Yano from JSDC was invited to the event for the demonstration and a special workshop this year also.
He was also assigned as a judge for the student competition.

デイ・ホームでダンス Dancing at a Senior Care Center

ヨシ矢野とJSDTの細井良晃＆岡田千恵理が都内のデイホームで、ダンスミニレッスン、そしてパフォーマンスを行ったよ♪
Yoshi Yano visited a senior care ceter with JSDT members, Yoshiaki Hosoi & Chieri Okada, to give a mini-dance lesson and performance!!


　　　　　　
　　　　　　

「こんにちは。チエリです♪　
リフトを入れたパフォーマンスに、皆さん喜んでくださって、私もとても嬉しかったです。
施設でのイベントは過去にも何度か経験がありますが、いつも、娯楽って生きるために必要な”薬”なんだなって思います。
だけど、健康な私たちには簡単に手に入れることができても、不自由な方には難しいんですよね。
だから私たちが少しでも力になれている事はとても光栄なことです。
また見たいから、それまで元気でいよう！と思って下さってたら、ほんとにうれしい。
今回はよしさんと3人で行きましたが、いずれチームで30-60分のイベントができたらいいなって思っています。」

" Hi, everyone! This is Chieri.
I was glad that everyone liked my performance with a lot of acrobatic lifts
I've performed in this kind of setting several times, but every single time, I strongly feel that entertainment could be the best medicine of all for anybody.
It might be easy for us to get, but could be very hard for elderly people or people with disabilities.
I'd be honored if my performance ever makes anyone happy, even just a little bit, and would be thrilled if anyone in this group thought 'I'd stay healthy until I get to see her next performance'.
Someday, I'd like to go back there to perform as a bigger team in a loger event, like 30min.-60min!!"

昨日のラジオ放送、テレビ「ワイドスクランブル」での放送に続き、７月１５日（日）テレビ東京のブランニュー（6:20-6:30am)でもピエール・デュレインが登場して、映画「レッスン！」について＆子供のための社交ダンスクラスについて語ります。
映画も本日公開！楽しみだね。

Dancing warmly expresses your love and special feelings, over countries, generations, and languages. お式はドイツで The Wedding in Germany

CorneliusさんとKamillaさんは今頃ドイツで素敵な結婚式・・・　
日本在住のラブラブカップルです。
ヨーロッパではファーストダンスとして人気の「ワルツ」を渋谷プライベートスタジオで練習しました。
お忙しい中本当に熱心に頑張ってくれて本当にありがとうございました♪
練習姿もかっこい～ ドレスとタキシードでダンス・・・きっとうっとりだね。

Cornelius and Kamilla are a sweet German couple living in Japan
They are now in Germany having a great wedding
They chose waltz for their first dance, which is very popular in Europe.
Thank you so much for practicing very hard between your tight schedule before the wedding, Cornelius & Kamilla!

真夏のスウィングっ子 Midsummer Night Swing's Kids Day

毎年夏にニューヨークのリンカーンセンターで行われる、ペアダンスイベント、Midsummer Night Swingはもうお馴染みだけど、今年は期間中に「キッズデー」を企画！子供達とその家族が一緒に踊る日なのだ　企画者はもちろんピエール・デュレイン。
何千人もの子供達にダンスを教えてきたピエールだけど「踊りが下手な子には会ったことないよ。そしてダンスを一緒に踊る家族は、ずっと一緒にいれるんだ。」とコメント。
ピエールは自身が移民として疎外感を感じていた子供時代にダンスで自信を取り戻したって。
今年もＮＹはダンスで盛り上がりそうだよ。
大人が楽しむダンスイベントとしてでだけなく、家族で楽しめるイベントとしてもこれから注目されそうだね
