Tokyo Olympic Games will start on Friday this week.
Large-scale traffic regulations will also start.
They are for the smooth moving of athletes and related people.
Some gates of the expressway in Tokyo will be closed.
The prices of the expressway will be changed, too.
We have to pay additional fare if we use the expressway
from 6a.m. to 10p.m, but if we use it from midnight to 4a.m,
the fare will be half of the price.
They say it is called “Road Pricing”.
Anyway, I will not approach central Tokyo during
Tokyo Olympic Games.
