Hinako Shibuno is a Japanese female professional golf player.
Last year, she joined the England Open golf tournament for the first time
and got the title of it.
Everybody was surprised because she was not a very famous player.
She was called “Smiling Cinderella” because she was always smiling
and suddenly became a champion.
After this, she fell into a slump.
She was not able to play as she wanted this season.
But surprisingly, she returned to the highest rank again!
She plays now in the US Women’s Open which is one of the most famous
golf tournaments and keeps the first position as of the third day.
Today, the final day was going to be held but it was put off to tomorrow
because of bad weather.
Of course, I’m going to cheer for her by watching TV tomorrow.
