Buddhism lent is over (Japanese)
昨日７月３０日は大切な仏教行事の一つである入安居（いりあんご／タイ語でカオ パンサー）の日である。
この日を境に寺の僧侶は外出を控え、寺にこもりひたすら仏教の修行に専念する。
約３ヶ月の雨季の期間この修行は続けられる。入安居より３ヶ月後の出安居（であんご／タイ語でオオク パンサー）の日より僧侶は自由に外出することが出来る。
次女カイちゃんと三女シーファーちゃんはまだ母親と一緒に並んで眠っている。
なんとも幸せな風景に、父親も満足している。
今日はカイちゃんを説得して、お風呂に入れシャンプーをしてから、幼稚園に送り出さなければならない。また忙しい一週間のはじまりだ。気持ちを引き締めて元気に乗り切ろう。

31July2007 Buddhism lent is over (English)
One of the biggest Buddhism ceremony i.e. Buddhist lent (Khao Phansaa) took place yesterday.
From the day of Buddhist lent, monks keep themselves inside the temple and refrain themselves from going out outside of the temple and monks are supposed to concentrate on the ascetic practices of Buddhism. Throughout three months in the rainy season, these practices are to be carried out by monks in the temples. Monks are allowed to go out from the temples on and after the end day of Buddhist lent (Ook Phansaa), which is about 3 months after the day of Buddhist lent.
The second daughter Kai-chan and the third daughter Siifaa-chan are sleeping with their mother in parallel.
The father is also satisfied with the happy scenery of the family.
Today I have to convince Kai-chan to attend the kindergarten. I have to let her take a bath and shampoo her hair as well and then I will give her a ride to the kindergarten.
Well we have a fresh busy week.
We have to weather the difficult situation by working together.

เมื่อวานนี้วันที่สามสิบเดือนกรกฎาคมคือวันข้าวพรรษา
ตั้งแต่วันข้าวพรรษาพระภิกษุต้องไม่ไปเที่ยวออกจากวัดแต่ต้องอาศัยอยู่ในวัดและบำเพ็ญพรตตัวเอง
พระภิกษุบำเพ็ญพรตในตลอดสามเดือนฤดูหน้าฝน
พระภิกษุจะได้ไปเที่ยวตั้งแต่วันออกพรรษาที่จะมาสามเดือนจากวันเข้าพรรษา
ลูกสาวทีสองไก่จังและลูกสาวทีสามสีฟ้าจังยังใหม่ตื่นนอน นอนกับคุณแม่ด้วย
คุณพ่อก็ชอบดูวิวนี้ของครอบครัวที่มีความสุข
วันนี้คุณพ่อต้องหว่านล้อมไก่จังเพื่อให้ไก่จังไปโรงเรียนอนุบาล ก่อนให้ไก่จังอาบน้านและแชมพู
แล้วก็ ส่งให้ไก่จังใช้รถของคุณพ่อไปถึงโรงเรียนอนุบาล
สัปดาห์ใหม่ที่มีธุระมากเริ่มแล้ว
ผมต้องขยันหมั่นเพียรเพื่อให้ครอบครัวมีความสุข
