Scenery of early winter

The scenery around here is the one of late fall or early winter though it's warm these days.

Winter flower of 'narcissus';(su-i-se-n) began to bloom and the leaves of various kinds of trees had fallen their leaves.

And there are few fruits of 'persimmon tree'; (ka-ki-no-ki) now.

Some kinds of birds come to eat them.

　

Dried Japanese radish

On December 5, I knew how to make dried Japanese radish in this blog.

I talked about it to Shizusan.
Soon after that, she began to try making it.

The picture above is the cut radish and the below is the one of under drying.

I will use them as food in sweetened vinegar.
