今日の朝食

尾頭付きカワハギの煮魚の朝食です。１ヶ月前にご近所様からいただいて沢庵漬にした大根がちょうど食べ頃になりました。それといつもの自家製味噌の味噌汁です。

自家製肉まん餡まん

肉まんと餡まんを作りました。ベーキングパウダーの有効成分は炭酸水素ナトリウムという化学物質だから嫌です。食品には天然由来のものが一番ですからイースト菌の力を借りました。次の写真は一次発酵を終えたところです。その次の写真は二次発酵を終えたところです。

我做了肉包和豆沙包。 發酵粉的有效成分是碳酸氫鈉這種化學物質，所以不喜歡。 食品中天然由來的東西是最好的，所以借助了酵母的力量。 下一張照片是一次發酵結束的地方。 下一張照片是二次發酵結束了。

I cooked a steamed meat bun and a steamed bun. Because an active ingredient of the baking powder is a chemical substance called sodium hydrogen carbonate, I hate it. 今日の昼ごはん

今日の昼ごはんは助六寿司です。助六寿司とは巻き寿司といなり寿司のコンビです。久しぶりの助六寿司はとてもおいしかったです。

今天的午飯是助六壽司。 助六壽司是卷壽司和壽司的組合。 久違的助六壽司非常好吃。

Today's lunch is Sukeroku sushi. Sukeroku sushi is rolled sushi and a combination of the inarizushi. Sukeroku sushi after a long absence was very delicious.

今日のモンタ君

今日のモンタ君。

彼はスーパーで買ってきた白菜について我が家にやって来たモンシロチョウの幼虫さんです。

暖房の効いた暖かい部屋へ移動させたら元気になりました。

早速彼の部屋(インスタントコーヒーの空き瓶)を掃除してキャベツのご飯を新しいものに取り換えてやりました。彼は嬉しそうに動きまわっていました。ご飯をいっぱい食べて早くサナギになるんだよ。

今天的蒙塔君。

他是跟著在量販店買來的白菜來到我家的菜粉蝶幼蟲。

讓他去了暖氣很好的溫暖的房間，就變得精神起來了。

我馬上打掃了他的房間（即溶咖啡的空瓶），把捲心菜飯換成了新的。 他高興地來回走動。 你要吃飽飯快點變成蛹啊。

Today's Monta.

He is the larva of the cabbage butterfly which came over to my home about the Chinese cabbage which I bought in a supermarket.

I got well when I moved it to the warm room which worked of the heating.

I cleaned his room (empty bottle of the instant coffee) promptly and exchanged rice of the cabbage for a new thing. He moved joyfully. You eat a lot of rice and become the pupa early.
