塩漬けワラビ

ワラビが採れる時期はとても短くてすぐに夏になってしまいます。たくさん採れた時はこれを塩漬けにして保存します。

塩抜きして灰汁だしをすれば美味しく食べられます。

１.塩漬けワラビ

２.重曹を振りかける。

３.熱湯を注ぎ１日放置

４.出来上がり

鹽醃蕨菜

蝶々の集団吸水

蝶々の集団吸水です。主にシロチョウ類です。シジミチョウ類もたくさん集団吸水していましたが地面の色と紛らわしいことと小さいからあまり映えません。
