シェントウジャンに挑戦

台湾の朝ごはんシェントウジャン(鹹豆漿)を作ってみました。次の写真はその材料です。私流に日本食風にアレンジしました。
その出来映えは最高でした。

熱烈歓迎霧社黒燕小灰蝶

ムシャクロツバメシジミ蝶さんようこそ我が家の庭へ。この蝶々は台湾の霧社に由来してこの名前がついています。最近台湾から輸入された植木に付いて日本へやって来たそうです。今では日本の各地で生息が確認されています。日本の生態系が乱されるからと言う理由でこのような外来種は絶滅されるべきと言う意見もあります。しかしこの蝶々には責任はありません。人間が勝手に連れて来てしまったのです。しかも幼虫は庭や河川敷に繁茂する雑草のマンネングサ類しか食べません。私が大好きな台湾からはるばる日本へ来て住み着いてくれたのです。ありがとう。ムシャクロツバメシジミ蝶さん。

A Musha rough-winged swallow corbicula butterfly welcome to a garden of my home. This butterfly comes from Taiwanese fog company, and this name is on. I came to Japan all the way from favorite Taiwan and settled down. It is very kind of you. A Musha rough-winged swallow corbicula butterfly.

最近の仕事場

最近の仕事場は我が家の和室です。障子や畳は残響が少なくて音楽の仕事にはとても優れています。この机は掘炬燵だから長時間座っていても疲れません。今日は冷房を効かせてここに閉じこもって自作曲の編曲をしたり伴奏を付けたりして１日を過ごしました。曲が完成したら投稿しますから見て聞いてください。

最近的工作場所是我家的日式房間。 拉門和榻榻米的混響很少，在音樂工作中非常出色。 這張桌子是被爐，長時間坐著也不累。 今天開著空調，關在這裡編曲伴奏，度過了一天。 曲子完成後會投稿，請看一下聽。

The recent workshop is a Japanese-style room of my home. A shoji and the tatami mat have little reverberation and are very superior in work of the music. ワッフル

先日贈り物としていただいた鯛焼き器でワッフルも焼けるから試してみました。まずワッフルの生地と中に入れるカスタードクリームを作りました。これを鯛焼き器にセットしてじっくりと焼きました。お皿に盛り付けて紅茶とともにいただいたらめっちゃおいしかったです。😋🍴💕

前幾天作為禮物的鯛魚燒器也能烤華夫餅，所以試著做了一下。 首先製作了華夫餅的質地和放入裡面的牛奶蛋糊忌廉。 把這個放在鯛魚燒器裏慢慢地烤了。 盛在盤子裏和紅茶一起吃的話非常好吃。 😋🍴💕

I tried it the other day because the waffle was burnt with the taiyaki caliber who had as a present. At first I made custard cream to put in the cloth for waffle. 病院のご飯

病院の食事はどこもほんとに美味しいです。たまたま私が入院したことのある病院だけのことでしょうか。薄味だから素材そのものの味が生かされていて私の好みにピッタリです。そのうえ当然ながら有害な食品添加物などの心配はないし、栄養バランスやカロリー計算はされつくされてます。こんなことを言うと「え～っ?あんな味がなくて歯ごたえのない食事のどこが美味しいの?」と言われます。さらに追い討ち「あんたいつもどんな食事をしているの?」でも美味しいものは美味しいのです。また入院して病院のご飯を食べたいなぁ。
いやいやそんな不謹慎なことを言ったらバチが当たりますよね。
