キシタアゲハ

何回も通った台湾最南端の墾丁。今回たくさんのキシタアゲハ(黄裳鳳蝶)に出会えました。スマートフォンで撮った動画から切り取った静止画ですからシャープさに欠けますがお許しください。

這次遇到了很多黃裳鳳蝶。 因為是從用智能手機拍攝的動畫中剪切下來的靜止畫，所以缺乏銳度，請原諒。

The southernmost KENGCHING of Taiwan which went many times. I was able to come across much KISHITAAGEHA butterflies this time. Because it is the still image which I cut out of the video which I took with a smartphone, you are lacking in acumen, but please permit it.

少年の夢

蝶々を愛してやまぬある一人の少年の夢

「ぼくは大きくなったら蝶々になるんだ」

少年は年老いてついに蝶々になったとさ

愛蝴蝶的一個少年的夢

“我長大後會變成蝴蝶”

少年老了，終於變成蝴蝶了。

蕨

①蕨を採って来ました。

②早速灰汁抜きです。③深緑色の灰汁が抜けました。

④お皿に盛り付けて、いただきまーす。

①采來了蕨菜。

②馬上去掉灰汁。

③ 深綠色的灰汁掉了。

④盛在盤子裏，我開動了。

①I picked a bracken.

②It goes without lye promptly.

蕗味噌

蕗味噌と炊きたて白飯の朝ごはんは早春の香りのご馳走です。

今年の春はいつもよりかなり遅れています。春分の日を迎え、やっと蕗の薹が顔をだしました。

蕗味增和剛煮好的白飯的早飯是早春香味的佳餚。

今年的春天比平時晚了很多。 迎來了春分，花莖終於露出了臉。

The breakfast of Fukimiso and the freshly cooked white meal is a feast of the fragrance of the early spring.

This spring is considerably delayed. I reached the Vernal Equinox Day, and at last a butterbur sprout appeared.

椎茸原木作り

椎茸原木作りに参加しました。
電動ドリルで枯れ木に穴を空け椎茸の菌子を詰め込みます。
来年の秋には椎茸が生えるはずです。
これから一年半の原木管理が大変です。

我參加了製作香菇原木。用電動鑽頭在枯木上鑽孔，塞進香菇菌子。明年秋天應該會長香菇。今後一年半的原木管理很辛苦。

I participated in making shiitake mushroom logs.
We used an electric drill to drill holes in dead wood and fill them with shiitake mushroom spores.
Shiitake mushrooms should start growing next autumn.
Managing the logs for the next year and a half will be a lot of work.
